AfD Nomination: Battle Frontier (Pokémon Emerald)
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but all Wikipedia articles must meet our criteria for inclusion (see What Wikipedia is not and Deletion policy). Since it does not seem to me that Battle Frontier (Pokémon Emerald) meets these criteria, I have started a discussion about whether this article should be kept or deleted.
Your opinion on whether this article meets the inclusion criteria is welcome. Please contribute to the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Battle Frontier (Pokémon Emerald). Don't forget to add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of each of your comments to sign them.
Discussions such as these usually last five days. In the meantime, you are free to edit the content of the article. Please do not remove the "articles for deletion" template (the box at the top). When the discussion has concluded, an administrator will consider all comments and decide whether or not to delete the article. hbdragon88 08:05, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
Hi! I noticed your work on Charizard. Do not write unverified claims that it is a very popular Pokemon. I advise reading WP:PAC/S carefully so that you'll have an idea about how to work on Pokemon articles. Vikrant Phadkay 14:40, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image (Image:Tube-1.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Tube-1.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 01:10, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

Hitlist
I created a list on my page of articles which I am hoping to get to featured article status. If anyone knows what relevant information is needed to meet the criteria, could you leave something on this page and tell me? Eternal dragon 09:59, 15 May 2007 (UTC)
- Hi there, To achieve Featured Article status I would take a look at Featured article criteria page, it's probably your best source of info for getting FA status, also check out other featured articles and compare similar ones to yours, should give you some help as to what to improve on! Image:Brains.jpeg
I have tagged Image:Brains.jpeg as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. User page
I put some previously uploaded images on my user page. Is this legal? (Eternal dragon 10:45, 31 May 2007 (UTC))
- If the images are copyrighted (or "non-free"), then the images will not be allowed in your user pages. Only free images are allowed in userspace. Please review Wikipedia:Non-free content. Vassyana 11:12, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Duplicate images uploaded
Thanks for uploading Image:Pokemontimemag.jpeg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Time small.jpeg. The copy called Image:Time small.jpeg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.
This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 10:47, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
battle frontier
thanks for letting me know. i didn't even know about that AFD, if i had i would have said something. that version of battle frontier was what got deleted at the last AFD, i had meant to work on it - but then this whole merger plan started happening and it took a back seat. I feel there is a lot of good info there, it just needs to be cleaned up. thnx for the heads up though! -ΖαππερΝαππερ BabelAlexandria 13:56, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Battle Frontier
WOW!!! Thanks for making the Battle Frontier page worthy of being a Wikipedia article!! Keep up the good work. Try to add some in-line refs, though... Cheers, WoodElf 06:39, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
Ehh..thanks, but that's a merger of an article I wrote with this one. Still, I made quite a few edits regarding touch-ups and stuff. We're hoping to get it up to GA or FA status, so feel free to help. Eternal dragon 07:51, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
Fair use image use
Twice now fair use images have been removed from your userpage [1][2]. Please understand that the use of fair use images such as these is not permitted on userpages per WP:NFCC item #9. Please do not re-insert these or any other fair use images onto your userpage. If you have questions about this, I'd be happy to answer. Thanks, --Durin 15:22, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Your redirect
Is a dead-end. There is no article behind Read or Die OVA or behind Read or Die OAV. Can you fix this please. Thanks LittleOldMe 10:58, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
There is. I wrote it myself. Eternal dragon 08:37, 7 July 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on R.O.D. the OAV, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to a nonexistent page. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
Feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag yourself if/when you fix the redirect. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. LittleOldMe 11:07, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

"Recreation of deleted material" is an extremely strong reason, and it cannot actually be countered by literally anything whatsoever. - A Link to the Past (talk) 16:31, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
