Got your email

[edit]

You must think I'm just someone who keeps putting you off, but I have to put this off still. I'm teaching this term and that puts my total workload just too high for now. (You'll notice my recent editing has just been little tinkerings here and there.) I still have all the books and other sources, and someday I'll get to it. You'll be the first to know. EEng 20:45, 27 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@EEng:, all right! I sent the email because I returned to read about Santos Dumont and performed some biographical updates (you may like to check his Wikisource for 3 of his original articles). If you happens to know French (or knows someone who speaks it), I just found that they translated the book O que eu vi, o que nós veremos into French (Amazon). Would be nice to send it to a school library... Thanks, Erick Soares3 (talk) 21:27, 27 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
There's also an Esperanto translation with international shipping (Dumont's works are really in need of some additional translations...). Erick Soares3 (talk) 22:09, 27 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: São Paulo ePrix (May 7)

[edit]
Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Johannes Maximilian was: This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: As an encyclopedia, Wikipedia describes topics that are considered to be "known" knowledge – something that has not yet taken place is typically not "known" knowledge. There are exceptions, but as per WP:CRYSTAL, "individual scheduled or expected future events should be included only if the event is notable and almost certain to take place" – as the draft's text describes the event, it is uncertain whether the event takes place. Therefore, I'm rejecting the draft. Best regards, --Johannes (Talk) (Contribs) (Articles) 20:46, 7 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Bruno Pereira. On 10 November 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Camarão Indians' letters, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Camarão Indians' letters. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Camarão Indians' letters), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Pedro II articles

[edit]

I posted on the talk page of the Brazil WikiProject about the specific articles on the Template:Pedro II of Brazil sidebar. I want to know if you think these are notable enough to be stand alone articles. WikiCleanerMan (talk) 16:01, 12 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies

[edit]

I apologise, I seem to have misread your intentions and edits. I've restored all the edits that are outside the triggers because that one still contained POV by another user. However still please don't say things like "removing the truth". It's just a matter of formality and a word like lame duck might not look good to others. It doesn't have anything to do with the truth. Ignore my previous messages regardless. Roman Reigns Fanboy (talk) 12:04, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
