Welcome to the English WIkipedia. On the talk page, you wrote "Testing in my own userspace is allowed." Yes, it is, but your userspace consists of pages starting with "User:Enulon/". This page would be a userspace page on the Dutch Wikipedia, but here the prefix "Gebruiker:" is not recognised by the sytem, so it is a page in the main encyclopedia space, and that is why I have deleted it.
