You appear to be quite a fan of Carl Levin. I would ask that you try to keep your editing at this page neutral. Noting Levin's achievements (with proper reliable sources) is fine, but lauding his achievements (for example: ...[Levin] built a legacy of fact-based, bipartisan investigations
) is not. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:23, 30 July 2021 (UTC)
Your submission at Articles for creation: Ira S. Shapiro (July 24)
[edit]- If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:Ira S. Shapiro and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
- If you do not edit your draft in the next 6 months, it will be considered abandoned and may be deleted.
- If you need any assistance, or have experienced any untoward behavior associated with this submission, you can ask for help at the Articles for creation help desk, on the reviewer's talk page or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help from experienced editors.
- Thanks, Festucalex. I now understand how the sourcing system works and will put the footnotes in the Wiki way. I was also thinking that I should rewrite the piece to emphasize the authorship -- which appears to be the more important element of Ira Shapiro's life for purposes of Wiki notability. Do you agree with that or do you think it is sufficient as written? Thank you for your advice. Ellicottsimple Ellicottsimple (talk) 17:17, 25 July 2023 (UTC)
