If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on The Word Network requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 21:05, 27 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am requesting reconsideration of a block on my account. I apologize for using more than one login. I've used this account recently to add references and update an article. I have created 3 accounts (I believe or it could be 2). I have changed emails several times over the past 8 years, PC's and logins for many accounts, but not with the intention of deception.I understand that Wikipedia monitors the contribution of all editors. I know my IP address is recorded. Using the auto sign off has not been a good habit. I have contributed under these accounts to either create or edit articles that I've written and ones I did not write. All with great respect for Wikipedia guidelines. My first 2 accounts haven't been used in many years. My other account was created from the same IP address but different PC. I did this because I don't have access to the email address from the first account and needed to reset my password. I am requesting that you please review my contributions and reconsider the block on my account. I will only use 1 account moving forward. I will also signin everytime I edit. This was not meant to be deceptive.I understand that Wikipedia tracks user IP's so I thought it was easier. I have also signed in from other locations, but I don't believe that is an issue. Thank you for considering my request. I would like to create an article for a man I greatly respect. Rabbi Steven Z. Leder. He is mentioned in an article for Wilshire Boulevard Temple, but I believe he meets the criteria for a standalone article.

Accept reason:

Tread lightly with WP:COI issues, but otherwise you're free to help out where needed. Vaya con dios. Jayron32 11:05, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Jayron32Thank you for responding to my request. In September, I checked to see if there was an article for Rabbi Steven Leder. He is the subject of a documentary called Restoring Tomorrow. The documentary is about the restoration of Wilshire Boulevard Temple under Rabbi's direction. I want to create an article for Rabbi Leder. I asked his permission to write an article (out of respect), but he is not paying me any money at all to do this. I primarily focus on religious institutions or leaders so this is not unusual for me. My connection to the edit on Aaron Wolf's article was associated to the research I was doing on Rabbi Leder. I was searching Wikipedia for any possible mentions of him or Wilshire. There are very few, which surprised me because he is an important religious leader whose teachings I follow. He's also an author whose books I've read. I don't work for Aaron Wolf. I have never met him. He is however the producer of the documentary about Rabbi Leder. Aaron Wolf's Great Grandfather was Wilshire's Chief Rabbi from 1915 - 2004. [1] Also, I would like to make an edit to correct errors in the dates listed for the terms of Wilshire's Rabbis listed in the Wilshire article. There are several errors. That is my sole interest in Aaron Wolf's article. Additionally, while I was looking for mentions of Rabbi Leder and/or Restoring Tomorrow, I also added an edit to the article for Wilshire Boulevard Temple because it didn't clearly identify that Rabbi Leder has been the senior Rabbi there for over 30 years. [2] Thank you for the opportunity to clarify my interest in Aaron Wolf's article.EllenSheehy (talk) 19:43, 12 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for that explanation. I'll be contacting the admin who blocked you to see if they have any further input on the matter. --Jayron32 10:31, 13 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Jayron32User Bailey Rae and LA lady9313 are not me. I created The Word Network on a Word document (which is easier for me to do so I can see my changes before I post it). That article was created so long ago that I had to go back and look at it to remember what my contributions were. The article that is currently published has had a substantial amount of new content added. I believe I edited this article a couple of times many years ago. I have not been consistently active. Thanks for circling back to me with an update when possible. I would like to create an article for Rabbi Leder.EllenSheehy (talk) 18:10, 19 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Callanecc:: Since Callanecc is the checkuser here, they will have to respond. --Jayron32 18:13, 19 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Jayron32: I'm happy with you unblocking based on what they've said. Callanecc (talkcontribslogs) 05:48, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
