Anchor baby

[edit]

No problem. Don't thank me for the article though, all I did was revise the first paragraph and cut and paste. Nice username by the way! Avraham 00:39, 7 April 2006 (UTC) PS Beware! Anchor babies are from the moon. their technologies are advanced far beyond our own. Hopefully they won't hurt us though, the think out third dimension is cute, though they have five...THOUSAND.[reply]

Aviation

[edit]

You know, I bet there are tons of aviation articles that need editing or merging. If you know a lot aobut it, you should really poke around. Outside of mainsteam sutff like history and niche stuff like punk bands or military ranks, Wikipedia's got a lot of weak stuff. Check the requested article and requested merger lists.

No articles to suggest but I'll keep you in mind as knowledgable in the area! Avraham 00:52, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Scissors

[edit]

I made the pic larger because I thought it explained the maneuver quite well. Daleh 08:47, 28 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Immigration

[edit]

Great, can you also check out: Columbus, Ohio, Rally for Immigrants Rights 2006-03-26 and 2006 U.S. immigrant rights protests and sort out which should be deleted/merged/kept seperate or whatever. I don't keep up on these issues. Thanks! Avraham 00:50, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blanking

[edit]

Why'd you blank Talk:Freewebs? Andre (talk) 01:53, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe so, but that's not the proper way to go about a new revision. Rather than blanking talk pages, we archive them when the page gets too large. Andre (talk) 20:34, 15 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Got one for you

[edit]

Check out ATR and ATR 42/72 and do what needs to be done. Avraham 02:13, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Looks sweet, duede. Now I know where to send any aviation mergers I come across! By the way, you have way too many userboxes! I wasted ten minutes reading them all, though ATHF is number one in the hood, G. Avraham 01:25, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey

[edit]

No problem about taking the tools section. If everyone copied it, there wouldn't be anything left iin those categorries! I think I need more userboxes (not as many as you though...) and I definitely think your new title is much more fitting. By the way, some people put userboxes along their test and other userbox-type-things at the bottom of their pages (so you can have rows with more than one). Well, I ought to go to bed. Avraham 05:22, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, your UserPage looks pretty slick. I guess I need to spend some time on mine at some point... I never knew about beeping eaaster eggs intol O looked on your userpage and saw the link to it, so despite your best efforts your page is actually educational! Also, sweet job on merging the ohio protest into 2006 immigrants' rights protest. Have a great passover! Avraham 14:05, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Haha very fun the "new messages" thing with the practical joke attached is a really good one! Great job! Like your page!! (BartonBelle 08:49, 8 June 2006 (UTC))[reply]

Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism

[edit]

You just reported a vandal there. Unfortunately, you wrote inside the commented out section (commented out with <!-- bla bla -->). Also, the vandal you reported had only vandalized once, and had not even be warned for that. Please warn vandals before reporting them, and post incidents after the end of the comment instead of editing the template. Thank you, Kusma (討論) 23:36, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hey

[edit]

I received your message on my talk page, and well, I do like classic rock quite a bit. I hate what modern people call "rock," which it is not, it is only pop, bands such as Green Day, and My Chemical Romance, I dislike very strongly. And, hey, to return the favor! Эйрон Кинни (t) 00:19, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't have the same luck like you. I am a unique one among Wikipedians, but I have learned to bypass it in favor of my personal interests...knowledge. Эйрон Кинни (t) 00:23, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I had never heard of Aaron "McKinney." But that's pretty interesting. Once I picked up Nicolae but I never finished the first two chapters, I guess I didn't get far enough into it to get "hooked." Эйрон Кинни (t) 00:48, 20 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use images on user page

[edit]

Hi, I'm not gonna be too long. I just want to warn you that you are using many fair use images on your user pages. Copyrighted images should not be used on any other pages than the articles themselves, it means that no such images should be on talk pages, user pages, help pages, etc. This is the policy for fair use images on the english wikipedia, check here, rule 9. I don't really need you to remove them right away from your user page, I just wanted to be certain that you knew about this.--DarkEvil 23:24, 28 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image Tagging Image:TommyShaw.jpg

[edit]
Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:TommyShaw.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Hetar 03:25, 21 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism warnings

[edit]

I'm sorry. My understanding, from a question I asked on the help desk a while ago, was that if the next vandalism was not on the same day as the last warning, another test4 was appropriate before going to AIV. It seems that there isn't a real consensus about how to handle the escalation of test messages if the vandalism is spread over many days, which led to our conflict. I'm a vigilant RC patroller and am pretty familiar with how test messages and AIV work, though. -RaCha'ar 00:59, 1 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It does seem fairly obvious that it is User:Bugman94, I suggest you avoid provoking him, just leave him alone, if he behaves there is no problem with him being here. --pgk(talk) 22:19, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

: Excuse me sir, why are you accusing me? Cookie 00:34, 3 June 2006 (UTC) contact my talk asap thanks

Ok heres the deal I am going to try to get this figured out with mediation ok thanks Cookie 01:17, 3 June 2006 (UTC) Questions? click here
Mediation is not compulsory if you don't think it will acheive anything, then you aren't penalised in any way for not taking part. To my mind this seems (a) a silly reason for mediation (b) too early. I reinforce my original request that you steer clear of User:Mr. Cookie, if he doesn't come looking for you there is no reason for you to go looking for him --pgk(talk) 08:18, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I understand how you first came across him and I'm not trying to put you in the wrong with regards what has happened so far, but I am trying to suggest that as someone whom I assume is a little more mature than him that maybe you should take the lead in trying to move on from what has happened in the past. --pgk(talk) 21:54, 3 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well FYI he continued his previous disruptive behaviour so has been blocked again. See WP:RFCU --pgk(talk) 16:06, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Protect

[edit]

I suggest we protect the article Emo (slang) due to the excessive amounts of vandalism on it. --—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Electrified mocha chinchilla (talkcontribs) . 22:23, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm with ya. Sadly, I don't think it's bad enough for the admins to consider it. (You can kind of gauge the process at WP:RFPP.) Apparently, it takes upwards of ten vandalizations per day (or one specific IP user causing trouble) to get an article sprotected. It's been sprotected a few times so far, but always pulled within a few days. I wish there were a process to make sprotection permanent - a petition or some such - cause there have been unbelievably few IP address users who've made useful contributions to the article. (And, more often than not, most of the non-IP users have been recent sign-ups who apparently signed up just to vandalize the article.)
Many thanks for the Barnstar!! :) -- ChrisB 06:13, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Esperanza!

[edit]
Welcome, Electrified mocha chinchilla, to Esperanza, the Wikipedia member association! As you might know, all the Esperanzians share one important goal: the success of this encyclopedia. Within that, we then attempt to strengthen the community bonds, and be the "approachable" side of the project. All of our ideals are held in the Charter, the governing document of the association.

Now that you are a member, you might be interested in some of our programs. A quite important program is the StressUnit, which seeks to support editors who have encountered any stress from their Wikipedia events, and are seeking to leave the project. So far, Esperanza can be credited with the support and retention of several users. We have a calendar of special events, member birthdays, and other holidays that you can add to and follow.

In addition to these projects, several more missions of Esperanza are in development, and are currently being created at Esperanza/Possibles.

I encourage you to take an active voice in the running of Esperanza. We have a small government system, headed by our Administrator general, Celestianpower, and guided by the Advisory Committee, Titoxd, JoanneB, and Freakofnurture.

If you have any other questions, concerns, comments, or general ideas, Esperanzian or otherwise, know that you can always contact me by my talk page, Celestianpower by email or talk page, or the Esperanza talk page. Alternatively, you could communicate with fellow users on our IRC channel, #wikipedia-esperanza (which is also good for a fun chat or two :). If you're new to IRC, please see the IRC Tutorial, which was written by one of our members. I thank you for joining Esperanza, and look forward to working with you in making Wikipedia a better place to be!

Thanks! G.He 00:07, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your signature

[edit]

Hello there, I was wondering if you would please modify your signature to conform to the guidelines laid out at Wikipedia:Sign your posts on talk pages. The general guidelines are that signatures shouldn't contain images, they shouldn't contain unnecessary internal links or any external links, and they shouldn't be unnecessarily long in Wiki source. The reasoning for this final bit is that overly long signatures tend to overwhelm the actual comments in edit mode, making it hard to track down and respond to specific comments. You can fix your signature by removing any images and external links, any unnecessary links (like links to Wikipedian organizations, articles, or subpages in userspace), and removing excessive color, font, and formatting code. Thank you. --Cyde↔Weys 19:59, 14 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My signature contains no images, and I find all internal links in it are completely necessary and relevant; one has absolutely no problem "tracking down and responding to specific comments". A short Esperanzial update

[edit]

As you may have gathered, discussions have been raging for about a week on the Esperanza talk page as to the future direction of Esperanza. Some of these are still ongoing and warrant more input (such as the idea to scrap the members list altogether). However, some decisions have been made and the charter has hence been amended. See what happened. Basically, the whole leadership has had a reshuffle, so please review the new, improved charter.

As a result, we are electing 4 people this month. They will replace JoanneB and Pschemp and form a new tranche A, serving until December. Elections will begin on 2006-07-02 and last until 2006-07-09. If you wish to run for a Council position, add your name to the list before 2006-07-02. For more details, see Wikipedia:Esperanza/June 2006 elections.

Thanks and kind, Esperanzial regards, —Celestianpower háblame 16:00, 23 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi EMC, okay if I keep it protected for a bit longer? I'll keep an eye on the talk page and if there's nothing for 24-48 hours, I'll unprotect. Cheers -- Samir धर्म 06:29, 24 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

August Esperanza Newsletter

[edit]
Program Feature: To-Do List
The Esperanza To-Do List is a place where you may list any request, big or small, for assistance. If you need help with archiving your usertalk, for example, all you need to do is list it here and somebody will help you out. Likewise, if you need help with some area of editing on Wikipedia, list it here! Again, any matter, trivial or not, can be placed on this page. However, all matters listed on this page must not be of an argumentative nature. You do not need to be a member of Esperanza (or this program) to place or fulfill requests on this page. If you don't have any requests, consider coming by and fulfilling a few! This program has not been very active, but has lots of potential!
What's New?
In order to help proposed programs become specific enough to make into full-fledged programs, the In development section of the proposals page has been created. Proposals that are promising, but need to be organized in more detail are listed here. Please take a look at what is there, and help the proposals turn into programs.
To improve both the layout and text of the front page, in an attempt to clarify the image of Esperanza, the front page is going to have some redesigning take place. Please take your creative minds to Wikipedia:Esperanza/Front page redesign to brainstorm good ideas.
Many thanks to MiszaBot, courtesy of Misza13, for delivering the newsletter.
  1. In order to make sure all users who join Esperanza are welcomed, a list of volunteers who are willing to welcome new Esperanzians is at Wikipedia:Esperanza/Members#Esperanza_welcomers. Please add yourself if you are interested; we want to make sure all new Esperanza members are welcomed!
  2. The In development section of the proposals page has been created.
  3. Proposals page: Some proposals have been moved to the aforementioned "In development" section, some have been left as a proposal, and others have been archived. For those proposals that were a good idea but didn't necessarily constitute a program, General Esperanzial Actions has been created.
  4. Two small pieces of charter reform will be decided on in a straw poll at Wikipedia talk:Esperanza/Governance. One involves filling the position of any councillors who may leave, the other involves reforming the charter.
  5. Until cooperation with the Kindness Campaign is better defined, it remains as a proposed program.
  6. There is a page for discussing the front page redesign.

Furthermore, I'm very concerned about your edits. You have plenty of good ones, but you also have ones like this (blatant vandalism) and, much worse, like this, where you blatantly, and, I can only imagine, deliberately, changed facts in an article. Purposefully making Wikipedia less accurate is completely unacceptable. If you do anything like this again, you will be permanently blocked from editing.--SB | T 15:37, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

September Esperanza Newsletter

[edit]
Program Feature: Barnstar Brigade
Here in Wikipedia there are hundreds of wikipedians whose work and efforts go unappreciated. One occasionally comes across editors who have thousands of good edits, but because they may not get around as much as others, their contributions and hard work often go unnoticed. As Esperanzians we can help to make people feel appreciated, be it by some kind words or the awarding of a Barnstar. This is where the Barnstar Brigade comes in. The object of this program is to seek out the people which deserve a Barnstar, and help them feel appreciated. With your help, we can recognize more dedicated editors!
What's New?
September elections are upon us! Anyone wishing to be a part of the Advisory Council may list themselves as a candidate from 18 September until 24 September, with the voting taking place from 25 September to 30 September. Those who wish to help with the election staff should also list themselves!
Appreciation Week, a program currently in development, now has its own subpage! Share your good ideas on how to make it awesome there!
The Esperanza front page has been redesigned! Many thanks to all who worked hard on it.
Many thanks to MiszaBot, courtesy of Misza13, for delivering the newsletter.
  1. The proposals page has been updated, with some proposals being archived.
  2. Since the program in development Appretiaion week is getting lots of good ideas, it now has its own subpage.

WikiProject South Park

[edit]

I have thought of creating a WikiProject for South Park since it is now near its' 10th anniversary and has more articles than ever. I feel we could all do the following things through this project:

  • Cleanup any short/poorly written/unformatted articles
  • Merge/lengthen the many character articles
  • Improve the South Park main page

I have seen your South Park fan template and wondered if you were interested in joining. If so reply to my talk page and I'll get back to you as quick as I can. Thanks, Mr. Garrison

Unspecified source for Image:Lipglosslips.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Lipglosslips.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Program Feature: Admin Coaching (needs coaches!)
Admin Coaching needs coaches!!! If you are an administrator, or even a generally experienced user, do consider signing up to be a coach.

Admin Coaching, now being coordinated by HighwayCello, is a program for people who want help learning some of the more subtle aspects of Wikipedia policy and culture. People are matched with experienced users who are willing to offer coaching. The program is designed for people who have figured out the basics of editing articles; they're not newcomers any more, but they might want some help in learning new roles. In this way, Esperanza would help keep hope alive for Wikipedia because we would always be grooming the next generation of admins.

Image:Dirtfedd.jpg listed for deletion

[edit]
Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as Image:Dirtfedd.jpg has been listed for speedy deletion because you selected a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, a non-profit website, this is in fact not the case. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it, but use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If you have any questions please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. Regards, NickContact/Contribs 03:00, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, if you see a user with a blatantly inappropriate username (e.g. user:Twatfuck) may I suggest that you report them at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism with the reason "username policy violation", rather than welcoming them, as you did here: [1]. Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Easteregghunt.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Sherool (talk) 16:30, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (Image:DamnYankees.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:DamnYankees.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 01:39, 17 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Might I say, great work on the emo article. I am a frequent editor on the page (about 50), and I just wanted to say thanks for cleaning up the article. J-stan Talk 21:01, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Misuse of WP:IGNORE

[edit]

I saw that at Talk:Emo (slang), you used WP:IGNORE as a reason for removoing images for which the consensus is to keep on the page. I think that you should read WP:WIARM before any use of WP:IAR.

In addition, I think you should know that a discussion about this issue was openned at WP:ANI#User:Electrified mocha chinchilla, and other users would like your reaction there. Od Mishehu 06:49, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your user page appears at CAT:SHORTFIX because of the syntax you use for {{shortcut}} which is currently in the process of being updated. This is not serious but it would be appreciated if you could edit you page so that:

{{Shortcut|[[WP:FOOBAR]]}} --> <nowiki>{{Shortcut|WP:FOOBAR}}

Or, in other words, just get rid of the double brackets. You can find out more information at CAT:SHORTFIX.

Replaceable fair use File:Easteregghunt.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Easteregghunt.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 11:40, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Dirtfedd.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Dirtfedd.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fut.Perf. 11:46, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

[edit]

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being minor in the usual way.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. With the script in place, you can continue with this functionality indefinitely (its use is governed by WP:MINOR). If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 18:48, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
