[edit]Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Blackout (Britney Spears album). Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add your original reference to the article. Contact me if you need assistance adding references. Thank you. — *Hippi ippi 11:49, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Selena Gomez
[edit]I removed the warnings I issued as I now believe they were too harsh for what I now believe were good faith attempts to improve the article. My only issue was the statement that she is best known for being in a new show. I think she is still best known for her role in Barney and Friends. --NrDg 13:44, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
Brenda Song
[edit]Please don't start an edit war about this. Her supposed middle name was removed for a reason. Go to Talk:Brenda Song and read and contribute to the discussion about her middle name there - it is at the bottom of the page. I suggest that you revert your last edit and just discuss this issue in the talk page of the article. Thanks. --NrDg 23:12, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
Regarding Brooke Gilbertson
[edit]I tagged the article with a trivia template because it had a large trivia section. Can you please incorporate the trivia into the main body of text? See WP:TRIVIA for more information. Leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions. Thanks. Midorihana(talk)(contribs) 04:23, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
As the original author of Gilbertson's page, you may not remove a speedy delete tag. If you contest the deletion, you may add {{hangon}} to the page and state your case on its talk page. Thanks. Nikki311 23:29, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
Diva Search
[edit]Please stop adding the information about GIlbertson and Torres to the Diva Search article. That article is about the Search itself, not about the contestants. Moreover, if you continue to add the information, you will be violating WP:3RR and will be blocked from editing. Thanks. Nikki311 00:18, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
Please understand that not every contestant of the WWE Diva Search deserves an article on Wikipedia. Before creating new pages, please read Wikipedia:Notability and Wikipedia:Notability (people) to make sure the subject of the article conforms to the notability guidelines and criteria. - Deep Shadow 04:41, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit]WWE Diva Search contestants
[edit]Please stop creating articles for the WWE Diva Search contestants. Several of those articles have been previously deleted several times, and you are being disruptive by continuously recreating them. Members of the Diva Search are not notable because of the search, especially if they did not even win it. Please check WP:Notability for guide lines on what makes a person notable enough to include in Wikipedia. Also, please do not remove AfD notices from the top of articles, as that is considered vandalism. Thank you. Nikki311 13:45, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Ellen Woglom, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1957978/bio. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

Copyright problems
[edit]Hello. Concerning your contribution, Ellen Woglom, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material without the permission of the author. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from www.imdb.com. As a copyright violation, Ellen Woglom appears to qualify for deletion under the speedy deletion criteria. Ellen Woglom has been tagged for deletion, and may have been deleted by the time you see this message. For text material, please consider rewriting the content and citing the source, provided that it is credible.
If you believe that the article or image is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) then you should do one of the following:
- If you have permission from the author, leave a message explaining the details at Talk:Ellen Woglom and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.
- If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted under the GFDL or released into the public domain leave a note at Talk:Ellen Woglom with a link to where we can find that note.
- If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on Talk:Ellen Woglom.
However, for text content, you may want to consider rewriting the content in your own words. Thank you, and please feel free to continue contributing to Wikipedia. Kannie | talk 02:48, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of Emily Rose Everhard
[edit]A tag has been placed on Emily Rose Everhard requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion of Robin Stapler
[edit]A tag has been placed on Robin Stapler requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Boca Foods, and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: Boca Burger. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally moving or duplicating content, please be sure you have followed the procedure at Wikipedia:Splitting by acknowledging the duplication of material in edit summary to preserve attribution history.

Copyright violation at Selena Gomez
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the Selena Gomez article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

YouTube links
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please note that YouTube links, as you added to Taylor Swift, should not be added because of potential copyright violations. Thanks. Ward3001 (talk) 16:25, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
- I agree with Ward3001. The link was not appropriate. Noting the reference you supplied in Britney Spears products I think you may be under a misapprehension that most sources published on the Internet are reliable. In fact blogs, forums, social sites such as MySpace, and trivial entertainment sites are rarely considered reliable. What Wikipedia means by reliable is more on the order of peer-reviewed, quality information, written in encyclopedic language. Read the guidelines in this article "Reliable sources", starting at: [1] and consider what it is that Wikipedia intends to exclude. Thanks, Piano non troppo (talk) 21:45, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
File source problem with File:David and Andrew Cook.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:David and Andrew Cook.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 04:55, 6 July 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Aspects (talk) 04:55, 6 July 2009 (UTC)

Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello DreamStar05! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 3 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Charlene Fernetz - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
Thanks!--DASHBot (talk) 19:28, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
The article Janelle Corlass-Brown has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- One notable role (fails WP:ENT). Also an unsourced WP:BLP. - SummerPhD (talk) 13:21, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. SummerPhD (talk) 13:21, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The article Nicholas Colla has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article. The nominator also raised the following concern:
- No independent reliable sources, and I can't find any either.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. – Fayenatic London 20:39, 2 October 2020 (UTC)
