Why create redirects?

[edit]

Hello, I noticed that you have been creating redirects to TV network using drama pages and wanted to understand why you are doing this? That my be considered vandalism since you redirecting things that are not related. Don't create the pages if there is no info. CherryPie94 (talk) 10:24, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Those are redirects for upcoming dramas, so I direct them to their networks until more information is revealed. User:Accireioj does it as well. It's not considered vandalism. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dramafaneditor (talkcontribs) 12:08, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
But nothing is written about them in the network page. Moreover, if another user has been doing that, doesn't mean it is correct. I posted about it in the wiki help desk, so I'll see what the admins say. But for now, it looks like this is not allowed since it doesn't follow WP:POFR. Update: The pages you created and contained only redirects were deleted by the admin. Something About Us (TV series), Lawless Attorney, and Handsome Guy and Jung-eum were all deleted after talking to the admins about the abuse of redirects. CherryPie94 (talk) 14:39, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Something About Us (TV series) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section R3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from an implausible typo or misnomer.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Deletion discussion about Knowing Wife

[edit]

Hello, Dramafaneditor,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Knowing Wife should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Knowing Wife .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/154.235.178.2, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
