Rollback
Hi - this is not what the Rollback tool is for. I was about to revert, but I would have left an edit summary saying it was inappropriate for the lead, and unsourced. Rollback is for WP:VANDALISM - please take a moment to read that and remind yourself what vandalism is, and is not. Thanks GirthSummit (blether) 13:47, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
Speedy deletion converted to PROD: Godzilla Daikaiju Kaiju Battle Royale
Hello Dr. Kadzi. I am just letting you know that I have converted the speedy deletion tag that you placed on Godzilla Daikaiju Kaiju Battle Royale to a proposed deletion tag Thank you. SoWhy 07:44, 28 May 2020 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Shin Ultraman
Hello Dr. Kadzi, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Shin Ultraman, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: A7 cannot be applied to movies or TV shows. If you are interested in learning more about how speedy deletion works, I have compiled a list of helpful pages at User:SoWhy/SDA. You can of course also contact me if you have questions. Thank you. New page reviewer granted
Hi Dr. Kadzi. Your account has been added to the "New page reviewers
" user group. Please check back at WP:PERM in case your user right is time limited or probationary. This user group allows you to review new pages through the Curation system and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or nominate them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed. New page reviewing is vital to maintaining the integrity of the encyclopedia. If you have not already done so, you must read the tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the deletion policy. If you need any help or want to discuss the process, you are welcome to use the new page reviewer talk page. In addition, please remember:
- Be nice to new editors. They are usually not aware that they are doing anything wrong. Do make use of the message feature when tagging pages for maintenance so that they are aware.
- You will frequently be asked by users to explain why their page is being deleted. Please be formal and polite in your approach to them – even if they are not.
- If you are not sure what to do with a page, don't review it – just leave it for another reviewer.
- Accuracy is more important than speed. Take your time to patrol each page. Use the message feature to communicate with article creators and offer advice as much as possible.
The reviewer right does not change your status or how you can edit articles. If you no longer want this user right, you also may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. In cases of abuse or persistent inaccuracy of reviewing, or long-term inactivity, the right may be withdrawn at administrator discretion. signed, Rosguill talk 22:50, 2 June 2020 (UTC)
I have unreviewed a page you curated
Hi, I'm Spicy. I wanted to let you know that I saw the page you reviewed, L'OR, and have marked it as unpatrolled. If you have any questions, please ask them on my talk page. Thank you. Comment:
This was immediately recreated after being deleted for G11. I'm not sure it's quite bad enough for G11 myself, but it could use more eyes on it.

Spicy (talk) 23:25, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
- @Spicy: Just saw this; fair enough, I thought it was noteworthy enough for the article perhaps with an advertising tag, I don't think it was blatantly addvertising L'or, but I see it's in draft space now so hey hum. Thank you! Kadzi (talk) 15:17, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
Hello Kadzi. Thank you for your closure of this AfD. I expect you will take care in future AfD nominations of academics. Xxanthippe (talk) 02:55, 5 June 2020 (UTC).

Hi @Dr. Kadzi: I see you promoted this out of Afc. The whole article is still full of WP:PUFF. It is completed non-encyclopedic. scope_creepTalk 23:41, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
- @Scope creep:, it isn't that bad, I appreciate where you are coming from, please stand by whilst I refresh my mind of it and give it another look over. Kadzi (talk) 23:55, 13 June 2020 (UTC)

Help!
Can I create my personal profile on Wikipedia?
Draft: Innanet James
Hello, Dr. Kadzi
First off I would like to thank you for reviewing my new entry, I apologize for it being riddled with mistakes as this is my first original entry. I just had a few questions: Is there a way for me to cite Mr. James himself? I actually contacted him on Instagram letting him know that I had interest in creating a Wikipedia page dedicated to him since he has begun to see quite a bit of success and he actually answered back! So I am getting most of my information from the horses mouth as it were. Regardless, is there a way to cite myself or something of that nature? I am sure that I can find sources, that is not the issue. Also, Mr. James has declined to provide a real name, is there any work around for that? He would like to maintain some shred of anonymity, which I feel is respectable in this day and age, especially for an African-American man in today's climate. Is there anything else I can improve on or add to make it a little bulkier? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Dub1zero6 (talk) 21:30, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
Third opinion
I am planning to list a dispute regarding your AfD nomination and our discussion. Kbaker121 (talk) 23:56, 15 June 2020 (UTC)
- there is no dispute it is an afd discussion which is already a discussion, but okay @Kbaker121: Kadzi (talk) 00:01, 16 June 2020 (UTC)
New Page Reviewer newsletter June 2020
Hello Dr. Kadzi/Archives/2020,
- Your help can make a difference
NPP Sorting can be a great way to find pages needing new page patrolling that match your strengths and interests. Using ORES, it divides articles into topics such as Literature or Chemistry and on Geography. Take a look and see if you can find time to patrol a couple pages a day. With over 10,000 pages in the queue, the highest it's been since ACPERM, your help could really make a difference.
- Google Adds New Languages to Google Translate
In late February, Google added 5 new languages to Google Translate: Kinyarwanda, Odia (Oriya), Tatar, Turkmen and Uyghur. This expands our ability to find and evaluate sources in those languages.
- Discussions and Resources
- A discussion on handling new article creation by paid editors is ongoing at the Village Pump.
- Also at the Village Pump is a discussion about limiting participation at Articles for Deletion discussion.
- A proposed new speedy deletion criteria for certain kinds of redirects ended with no consensus.
- Also ending with no change was a proposal to change how we handle certain kinds of vector images.

Jack Pearce
Hi! You accepted Draft:Jack Pearce, but it doesn't look as if it should be in mainspace – as you seem to agree, as you added a notability tag to it. May I suggest that you undo your acceptance of the draft and return it to draft space? I believe it would need much stronger sourcing to be acceptable. Thank you, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 22:02, 28 June 2020 (UTC)
- @Justlettersandnumbers: Thank you, I have made this change Kadzi (talk) 22:04, 28 June 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you, I think that's for the best, Dr. Kadzi – I don't think it would have had much chance of surviving a deletion discussion. If you see a draft where the creator appears to have a conflict of interest or paid connection you can always ask them to make proper disclosure before you even consider the draft; if you come across something like this, which is just an advertisement by the company, it's probably best to just decline it as "reads like an advertisement". Thank you for helping out in this difficult area. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 22:17, 28 June 2020 (UTC)
