deleted David Brumley
[edit]Hi, you deleted the page David Brumley. This wiki page contains an information about David Brumley, a computer security researcher (and new faculty) at CMU. David should be included because he meets the Wikipedia:Notability (academics) guidelines.
In particular:
- Prof Brumley was a major contributor towards the arrest of Dennis Moran
- Prof Brumley's work on timing attacks is well known both to the security and cryptography community, as well as the Timing attack article on wikipedia. The work also won a USENIX award
- Prof Brumley's work on Rootkit's is well known, well cited, as evidence by wikipedia's article.
- Prof Brumley's has been quoted as a computer security expert including the [http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9805E0DF1531F936A25751C0A9669C8B63 New York Times], San Francisco Chronicle, [http://www.wired.com/techbiz/media/news/2000/02/34341 Wired Magazine] CNN, and the Wall Street Journal
