Titanic
I saw the message you left me on my edit on Titanic (1997 film), and I agree with the reversion of it, especially considering the explicit comment on the page. However, I just want to explain what I did. The message states that it would be wrong to add Return of the King because it came later, and it wouldn't be able to tie with Titanic and Ben-Hur in Oscar wins, but in my edit, I wrote that Return of the King would later win the same number of Oscars, but it didn't tie then. Nevertheless, I understand the argument, and I apologize for the unexplained edit. Thanks! I'm not there. Message me! 19:26, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
- No problem! Thanks for the explanation! If you feel it might still be worthwhile to include you're welcome to ask the question at the article's Talk page so that other editors can weigh in. Thanks again! DonIago (talk) 20:50, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
Dolores Claiborne
I understood why you performed the removal of my Locations/Technical information, because of the citations thing. But does everything seriously have to be published in a book or newspaper? The reason I can provide that information is because I was the head carpenter for the movie (Scott McFarlane). Can I cite myself in some way? I've read all the guides, but everything is aimed at third-parties it seems. What about first-hand professional information? Just curious. I had a lot of good information to give, and it is indeed completely factual. Those were my glory days, and I was so much younger back then. Is there a way to cite myself as a member of the production crew? 156.34.175.247 (talk) 12:15, 23 March 2015 (UTC)
- Greetings IP, thanks for getting in touch!
- Just a quick note: when adding a new thread to a Talk page, usually they should be added at the bottom of the page.
- Not everything has to be published in a book or newspaper, but to satisfy Wikipedia's verifiability requirements we do need a reliable source. In many cases websites are acceptable for such purposes.
- The problem with accepting you at face value, I hope you can understand, is that we have no way of confirming your identity and consequently your credentials. Unfortunately, I'm not really sure I have a good suggestion for you, assuming the information you want to add hasn't been published somewhere. You might consider asking for advice at WP:EA or possibly the article's Talk page.
- Very sorry that I don't have better ideas at this time. I do sympathize and hope we can find a way to include your information! DonIago (talk) 13:15, 23 March 2015 (UTC)

Criticiams but no criticism
I added criticism about the Kingdom of Heaven film to the criticism section of the main page. The film was appallingly pro-muslim to the point of deliberately lying about factual history of their many, many atrocities in spreading islam by the sword. It was like whitewashing Nazi history.(84.236.152.71 (talk) 18:55, 3 April 2015 (UTC))
