For your contributions to bring YouTube (estimated annual readership: 21,229,000; Wikipedia's 30th most popular article) to Featured Article status, I hereby present you the Million Award. Congratulations on this rare accomplishment, and thanks for all you do for Wikipedia's readers. -- Khazar2 (talk) 14:26, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

The Million Award is a new initiative to recognize the editors of Wikipedia's most-read content; you can read more about the award and its possible tiers (Quarter Million Award, Half Million Award, and Million Award) at Wikipedia:Million Award. You're also welcome to display this userbox:

This editor won the Million Award for bringing [[ ]] to Featured Article status.

If I've made any error in this listing, please don't hesitate to correct it; if for any reason you don't feel you deserve it, please don't hesitate to remove it; if you know of any other editor who merits one of these awards, please don't hesitate to give it; if you yourself deserve another award from any of the three tiers, please don't hesitate to take it! Cheers, -- Khazar2 (talk) 14:26, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

WikiProject GT

D - do you think it would be beneficial to add a section on the WikiProject GT page for "Did you know?" articles related to Georgia Tech similar to this page? Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks - Mistercontributer (talk) 04:06, 3 December 2013 (UTC)

I didn't think we had that many DYKs? I suppose it wouldn't take too long to hunt down the ones we do have, there aren't that many articles in the project. Disavian (talk) 08:54, 10 December 2013 (UTC)
I am not sure how many we have. I will create a list of DYK articles in my sandbox to help determine the number. I was thinking if we had a section to track DYK articles we could use that section to encourage others to create GT related articles and submit for DYK. - Mistercontributer (talk) 03:02, 11 December 2013 (UTC)
D - so far I have identified 34 GT related articles which have been referenced in a DYK. These articles are currently listed in my sandbox. The DYK references are linked within the symbols. There are probably more GT related DYK articles out there which can be added to this list. Please let me know if you may create another section on the WikiProject GT page to list these GT related DYK articles? - Mistercontributer (talk) 04:08, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
D - do you plan on adding a section to WikiProject GT page for DYK articles related to Georgia Tech? If so, I will keep the list in my sandbox until you have time to add. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks - Mistercontributer (talk) 03:27, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
I can do that. I've been caught up in moving / starting a new job / making a new social network lately, so Wikipedia has taken a backseat to real-life responsibilities, thus only really looking at recent changes. Disavian (talk) 15:29, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
No rush - just whenever you have time. Thanks - Mistercontributer (talk) 02:09, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
I put it under "assessment" - how does that look? Disavian (talk) 05:45, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
Looks great! Thanks for your help - Mistercontributer (talk) 23:14, 28 January 2014 (UTC)

T:WPTECH listed at Redirects for discussion

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect T:WPTECH. Since you had some involvement with the T:WPTECH redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). WOSlinker (talk) 11:20, 15 December 2013 (UTC)

You are the first person besides me that I've noticed using the new parameters. It's nice to see I didn't make the change just for myself. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 05:06, 25 December 2013 (UTC)

History merges can be a little complex at times, so I appreciated the ability to add a bit more detail via the template. I like the change. :) Then again I'm a bit of a template addict, so there's that. Disavian (talk) 19:41, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
