Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for File:WAG 12 locomotive.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:WAG 12 locomotive.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 06:00, 12 January 2018 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Scale model of WAG 12 locomotive.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Scale model of WAG 12 locomotive.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Blocked for sockpuppetry
[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing for sock puppetry per evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Diligentemu. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. If you believe that this block was in error, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. Request for unblocking
[edit]Diligentemu (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I now understand wikipedia copyright policies and pledge to obey to it when I'm unblocked. I did not have detailed information regarding non free licensing, copyright violation and "sock-pupetting". I thought uploading screenshots of videos with myself being copyright holder is allowed, so I uploaded screenshots many times without bothering to read guidelines. Regarding the insinuating message on user Adamgerber80's talk page, well I did that out of anger and frustration. He been following me and reverting my edits since long time, even though most of them were correct informations . I have contributed to wikipedia positively on pages like Project 17A-class frigate , Visakhapatnam-class destroyer, Kolkata class destroyer. I also did not know that using two accounts is not allowed on wikipedia. I did not use that account for vandalism or abusing , as was stated in my blocking reason. So my blocking is unjustified and should be reconsidered for unblocking.
I have nothing against anyone. I would like to contribute more to wikipedia by doing edits and creating new pages. I have recently submitted a draft for creating page on WDG-4G class locomotive of Indian Railways Diligentemu (talk) 13:25, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Declined due to continued sockpuppetry as User:AnubhavA99. Huon (talk) 21:18, 15 January 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Comment: I have some concerns about the editors behavior and their disregard towards Wikipedia Policies. Some concerning issues were the extensive use of WP:SPS or lack of any sources while editing. The user left this message on my talk page [1] which shows little regard towards Wikipedia policies. Similarly, their claim that they will continue to make edits as a "challenge" just to make a WP:POINT here [2]. I believe the creation of the Sockpuppet Spectacular99 was a result of actively trying to bypass Wikipedia rules with full cognizance of their actions. The sock continued to edit the same set of pages which the user edited and at times immediately after the user and in tandem to possible depict that two or more users were editing the same article. The Sock also contested image deletion requests for Diligentemu to depict that some other user was arguing. The sock immediately uploaded the same image on Wikimedia Commons after it was deleted for Copy-right violations which was then immediately added by Diligentemu to Indian locomotive class WAG-12. Even this image was deleted they added it on Wikipedia first falsely claiming it to be free work (fully understanding that it was not since it had already been deleted twice on Wikimedia Commons) and on it's subsequent deletion uploaded it again under dodgy NFCC rules where it was deleted again. The latest message on my talk page User_talk:Adamgerber80#Love_me_so_much? insinuates block-evading behavior and a continuation to violate Wikipedia Copy-right policies as a "challenge" and the user continued with their edits even after I had politely warned them that this could lead to sanctions and blocks. The user when to extent of removing the message MilborneOne had placed on their Talk page here [3] possibly to avoid issues during the unblock. Lastly, I have strong reasons to believe that the user when their account was unblocked and even after it being blocked continued with editing Wikipedia without signing in. Examples(2405:205:6492:c632:799a:ebe5:69ca:1e25 (talk · contribs), 2405:204:c088:8bd3::1a3b:e8a1 (talk · contribs), 2405:204:6308:486e:255e:eae2:17a1:6970 (talk · contribs), 2405:204:c005:289a:4970:4172:b8d4:28a3 (talk · contribs)). Of course, these haven't been taken to SPI but all the user's edits are mobile edits, same as the IPs and all of them on the pages of their interest and very similar to their earlier edits.
