Hello I noticed that you like to edit articles about Karelia and Russian separatist movements, well on the Pro-independence movements in the Russian Civil War page there is a red link Ingrian People's Republic and because it was a finno-Uguric group maybe you would be interested in making the article. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process.
