To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}} on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.

Thank you for creating the Timișoara Fortress article. Translation is hard work but broadens the topics that we can cover and helps us maintain a global perspective. Catrìona (talk) 15:41, 11 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Timișoara Fortress

[edit]

On 28 July 2018, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Timișoara Fortress, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that after his first visit to Timișoara in 1307, Charles I of Hungary rebuilt Timișoara Fortress (pictured) in stone, using Italian craftsmen? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Timișoara Fortress. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Timișoara Fortress), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
