More like an article
[edit]I moved stuff around to make it look more like an article, but up to you to improve the referencing format and make sure there are refs about Shultz before resubmitting. Don't worry about the name of the draft. If accepted, the Reviewer will fix that. David notMD (talk) 08:06, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
- Do you have a personal connection to Shultz? Know him? Work for him or at one of the businesses? Best if you address this as a section on your Talk page. WP:COI or WP:PAID may apply, in which case a declaration is needed on your User page. David notMD (talk) 08:06, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
Paid applies
[edit]If you work for him, even if not directly related to creating a Wikipedia article, then WP:PAID applies. This means you must declare on your User page the nature of the situation. This does not preclude you creating and submitting a draft. However, if you get the draft accepted as an article, after that you are not to edit it directly, but only propose additions/changes on the article's Talk page. And be aware that neither you nor he 'owns' the article; much as I and others have edited the draft, editors will be able to edit the article. David notMD (talk) 20:28, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
- I took the liberty of putting a PAID declaration on your User page. You are free to word it differently. Be aware that undisclosed paid editing is grounds for being indefinitely blocked. Wikipedi has a broad definition of being paid. It includes being paid by a person or corporation for work other than creating a Wikipedia draft. It even includes unpaid interns, because being an intern is seen as having value to the intern. David notMD (talk) 20:40, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
References
[edit]Per Wikipedia:No original research, no original research, meaning no writing what you know to be true unless the facts are verified by reliable source references. Also, need other than Primary sources, meaning other than the person's own website, press releases, interviews. David notMD (talk) 20:46, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
