Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the Tiruchirappalli article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribute Share-Alike."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question at the "Help Desk". You can also leave a message on my talk page. (ESkog)(Talk) 04:03, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

License information needed for File:About-4.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:About-4.jpg. However, we need to make sure a license is correctly displayed before it is okay to use on Wikipedia.

Please click here and do the following:

  1. Choose the appropriate license template: it needs to be a free license, in the public domain, or have a non-free use rationale. If you need help, you may ask at the media copyright questions page.
  2. Paste in the template code, and save the page.

If you follow these steps, your image can help enhance Wikipedia. Thank you for your contribution! --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:06, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Information icon Hello, I'm 004.Berni.B. I noticed that you made a change to AirAsia Group destinations, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. 004.Berni.B (talk) 15:41, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Tiruchirappalli International Airport, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Your edits changed dates that were in accordance with MOS:DATE to a format that was entirely contrary to MOS:DATE. A year must always be given for a date on Wikipedia; in two years, how will anyone know which "25th March" you are talking about? And we never use "-th" or the like; "25 March 2018" is entirely correct. Thanks. Julietdeltalima (talk) 19:00, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Tiruchirappalli International Airport. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. The source does not provide adequate details. Besides, IndiGo's schedules does not list these flights. Bookings open is not the reason for addition of content. Please see WP:BURDEN as well.  LeoFrank  Talk 13:17, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of airports in India, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ledo (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:18, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Vijaynagar Advanced Landing Ground has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Minor auxiliary airfield, does not meet WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Information icon Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Tiruchirappalli International Airport, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you.  LeoFrank  Talk 17:16, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@LeoFrank I have provided different sources for the data and then only removed the maintenance template. Deepu051993 (talk) 17:21, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Just adding two sources does not address the issue of citation with the section. Each and every airline's destinations need to be cited. I'd rather consider this as WP:OR and remove them instead.  LeoFrank  Talk 17:23, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
