Thank you for disclosing your conflict of interest. Be careful not to edit without logging in to your account, and be careful not to remove the COI template from the draft (I assume that was done by mistake). I have added a notice to the draft talk page documenting your disclosure.

Please also be careful not to remove old Articles for Creation comments from the draft, since that just creates more work for your fellow editors; I have also reverted the changes you made to the old AfC templates to remove your previous username. It's easiest simply to leave all the old templates alone. While it's in draft, you can keep editing the article directly. If it is in mainspace, you'll have to make edit requests on the talk page to suggest further improvements. So he isn't a scholar, but more of a business leader / exec? Article needs external news sources that cover his career then, not internal papers that he has co-authored or referenced. The links to other Wikipedia articles are all messed up. They shouldn't be embedded externally like that.
