An article about Orient & Flume Art Glass

[edit]

Hello! I saw your post at the Teahouse, and I may be willing/able to help. Recommended reading introduction: Wikipedia:An article about yourself isn't necessarily a good thing.

Still interested? First and most important, we need sources, WP:RS, to base the article on. This first (not only) hurdle is called WP:GNG. The sources need to be at the same time reliably published, independent of the company/it's people, and about the company in some detail, not just a passing mention. This excludes blogs, wikis, your websites, etc, etc.

I quickly found these [1][2] which looks useful. Presumably you know others, can you link the 3-4 best you can think of? You can reply here, I'm watching this page (not 24/7). Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 09:28, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As you were one of the co-founders, it is strongly recommended that you describe your connection to the company on your User page. See WP:COI. This does not preclude your drafting the article. See also Help:Referencing for beginners for how to incorporate references into the text. David notMD (talk) 11:02, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If we get some good sources, I can start the article. But David notMD is right, click the red "User page" link topish right, type something like I am the founder of Orient & Flume and I am aware of WP:Conflict of interest and publish. WP has many many many (many) rules, this is one. Btw, did that museum name that foyer after you? Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 12:51, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
