[edit]Per a temporary injunction issued on January 13, visible and noted at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Date delinking/Proposed decision#Temporary injunction against automated date linking or delinking, in which it explicitly states:
“ | Until this case is decided or otherwise directed by the Arbitration Committee, all editors are instructed not to engage in any program of mass linking or delinking of dates in existing articles, including but not limited to through the use of bots, scripts, tools, or otherwise. This injunction is entered as an interim measure and does not reflect any prejudgment of any aspect of the case. | ” |
I have blocked this account indefinitely pending review and conclusion of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Date delinking. As this is an alternate account of Ohconfucius (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log), it is of no major consequence that this account be disabled until the conclusion of the case. Any further attempts at mass delinking will result in a block on the primary account. seicer | talk | contribs 14:57, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
- Wow, you couldn't find something else to do while we wait for this arbitration thing to blow over? You'd rather risk having your account blocked than wait a few weeks for the injunction to be lifted? Crazy. --Closedmouth (talk) 16:14, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
