A tag has been placed on Draft:Adham Yusupov, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

[edit]Please stop. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. .
This also applies to your disruptive page moves. bonadea contributions talk 14:24, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- Do you think I'm just doing this for no reason. No one is helping me figure out why it keeps getting deleted. My boss is consistent that I get this done. I've rewritten it several times! DashaHouston401 (talk) 14:28, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- Why is it "inappropriate"?? DashaHouston401 (talk) 14:29, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- Per WP:BOSS orWP:COI, it is "Inappropriate" to make disruptive or promotional pages. (talk page stalker) Babysharkboss2!! (Viva la Vendetta) 14:31, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- How is it promotional ? because I'm talking about his career? DashaHouston401 (talk) 14:32, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- It is always inappropriate to create promotional articles, drafts and other pages, whether there is a COI or not. --bonadea contributions talk 14:33, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- You are STILL not telling me how it is promotional ? DashaHouston401 (talk) 14:47, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- Please read the post below and make the mandatory disclosure. --bonadea contributions talk 15:08, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- You are STILL not telling me how it is promotional ? DashaHouston401 (talk) 14:47, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- It is inappropriate because it is unambiguously promotional. In addition, you have not declared the fact that you are getting paid to edit; you must make that declaration, and you may not create articles in mainspace about your boss. I will add some more info about that below. --bonadea contributions talk 14:33, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- The guidelines also state " it can also drive new editors away from Wikipedia if they believe that their time and hard work spent writing an article was simply tagged as an "advertisement" with a notice left on their talk page, and without any sort of offer of assistance or feedback given" So telling me to "stop or ill get blocked" is so rude and unnecessary and extremely unhelpful. All i asked was simply how was in promotional so I can fix it. saying its "unambiguously promotional" is no help. I never said my boss was paying me to write this article about him, anyways thanks for your "help"!! DashaHouston401 (talk) 15:32, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- If you are being directed as a part of your employment to edit Wikipedia (which you said above that you are, when you stated
My boss is consistent that I get this done
), that is considered paid editing, and you must both make the mandatory disclosures as described here, and follow the conflict of interest editing guidelines. Your next edit must be either making the paid disclosure or asking for assistance with doing so. Seraphimblade Talk to me 19:22, 22 October 2024 (UTC)- Why are you messaging me. I'm not worried about that. That was not the problem before I DISCLOSED THAT INFORMATION! DashaHouston401 (talk) 19:27, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
- I am messaging you because I deleted the promotional article you wrote (and which, if you read the COI rules, you should have created as a draft, not in mainspace.) The next step, if you continue to make edits (which includes arguing here) instead of making the required disclosure on your user page, is that I will block you from editing. I would prefer not to have to do that, so I warned you instead of going right to that, but it's ultimately up to you. Seraphimblade Talk to me 20:25, 22 October 2024 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, DashaHouston401. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. .
Before you make any other edits (including responding to other talk page posts), you must address this. bonadea contributions talk 14:33, 22 October 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:
- Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
- State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
- Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.
