I am confused as to why this post has been rejected. There is an exact same post on the Japanese page at https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E4%BD%90%E8%97%A4%E5%B4%87%E5%BC%98 This post was approved with out issue. I am trying to write a translated version of the above post. If necessary I can get more references but they are all in Japanese (and they all refer to the person in Japanese) there are no English references as yet. However, the references provided more than enough reference material about this person. Can you explain a little more please? DannyPot (talk) 05:13, 15 November 2021 (UTC)
- Whatever yardstick that jawiki has to keep the article there may be different from what we have here on enwiki. See WP:OTHERLANGS for this.
- References are definitely lacking. Ref 1 is a press release, thus considered as a primary source. Ref 2-4 are the same reference, and it is an interview and may be considered as primary source depending on the information it is cited for. See WP:INTERVIEW for this.
- It is ok to use foreign language references on enwiki per WP:NOENG. Do provide a translated quote from the source when citing them for the ease of reviewers to review.
- On the notability, as a businessman, he would need further sources to back his notability up per WP:ANYBIO. As a politician, so far the activities listed are considered as local politics level, and therefore is not notable (see WP:NPOL). However, if the article passes on the basis of his notability as a businessman, his political activities can still be included.
- For future activities that are not set in stone, i.e. current language is that he 'plans to open [a school]' (sic), it shouldn't matter on wikipedia as an encyclopedia per WP:CRYSTAL, unless the plans have had received significant coverage.
- Also it is not rejected, but declined. You can still send it in for submission after doing improvements to the article. A rejection meant that it will most likely not looked at by reviewers anymore. – robertsky (talk) 23:54, 15 November 2021 (UTC)

[edit]You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.
Please also note that you are permitted to use a username that contains the name of a company or organization if it identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87".
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page.
You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text
{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names.
Thank you. Girth Summit (blether) 12:02, 23 October 2021 (UTC)- Hi - I just wanted to expand on the automated comments above slightly. Thanks for declaring your connection to this subject on your userpage; however, the username you have selected is not compliant with our username policy - you will need to select a new username to edit here. You should also look at WP:PAID, which forms part of the terms of use of this website - if you are employed by the organisation that your username refers to, there are additional steps you need to take beyond simply declaring a COI. Request reason:
The name has been changed and aproved. I believe this warrants unblocking. DannyPot (talk) 00:38, 4 November 2021 (UTC)
Accept reason:
I have unblocked your account. You should read WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO. Welcome back. PhilKnight (talk) 10:14, 5 November 2021 (UTC)

14 January 2022 Hi, this last submission of this article was as a stub, not an actual article. I am wondering if this was reviewed as a stub. What advice can you give me regarding writing this up as a stub. I have read the information regarding stubs and believed it qualified as such. Any advice would be most welcomed. Thank you for your time. DannyPot (talk) 02:09, 14 January 2022 (UTC)
