Deviating from this style, as you did in EgyptAir Flight 648, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. The addition of "His real name was" was unnecessary as traditional format means that the name inside the parenthesis is that persons real name. Adding "His real name was" is just a redundancy.
