Note the following points-
- Be civil.
- I'm at med school at the moment and it's my first year so things are chaotic right now. I'll not be able to respond asap.
- I won't have access to a laptop/ computer/ iPad/ tablet for a whole year as these items are not allowed in the dorm of my college for first year students. I won't be able to prolifically edit pages during this period as it's difficult creating new articles or significantly improving a page using a mobile device, in this case my phone.
Miley Cyrus videography
[edit]Thank you for your hard work on Miley Cyrus videography, it is certainly an important (and now well-developed) piece of content for WikiProject Miley Cyrus! I noticed that you recently nominated the page for GA; filmography pages are generally classified as lists, so I would actually suggest withdrawing the GA nomination and renominating it as an FL. Again, thank you for contributions and good luck with the nomination! WikiRedactor (talk) 18:36, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you so much! I really appreciate your positive feedback. I'm nominating the videography for FL right now. Again, thank you so much for your help! CyrockingSmiler (talk) 18:51, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
Non-notable charities
[edit]It's the same principal for removing non-notable awards. If the charity doesn't have it's own Wikipedia article, then it will be removed. Wikipedia isn't an endless list of all the charities she's helped once. LADY LOTUS • TALK 16:43, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
- I listened to you immediately and deleted all charities which do not have Wikipedia pages. But I have kept the charities which do not fall under the criteria listed by WP:INDISCRIMINATE and have their own Wikipedia and are thus notable.CyrockingSmiler (talk) 16:48, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
- Beauty Book for Brain Cancer, SNOG, HEADRUSH, Starkey Hearing Foundation, Foundation’s Listen Carefully, Get Ur Good On, American Giving Awards, The Onyx, Celebrity Fight Night, VH1 Save the Music Foundation, TOMS' One Day Without Shoes Challenge, Ryan Seacrest Foundation and Breezy Foundation all do not have their own articles but you've added them back. Look, I think you have nothing but the best of intention on adding things, and you are good about listening when I revert you but now this is edit warring when you've reverted 3 editors saying to not revert it. LADY LOTUS • TALK 17:06, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
But they are notable because if you Google these charities, there are hundreds of results, so why can't they be included in the article? All of the charities you mentioned have a very significant amount of coverage in the media though they don't have a Wikipedia page yet. Do you want me to take make a separate page for each of them on Wikipedia? Please let them remain in the article because I have worked really hard on that section and they do have significant presence online. CyrockingSmiler (talk) 17:11, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
- Because if they don't have their own article then they are by Wiki definition not notable. It doesn't matter if you can reference it or not, if it's not notable, it doesn't stay. You've done a good job, not saying you haven't, but not every single charity she has ever participated in needs to be present, just like not every award she has ever been nominated in needs to be present. LADY LOTUS • TALK 17:14, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
Can we at least re-consider some of it? I'm adding a new section on the talk page of the Cyrus article, so you all can decide what can be added. CyrockingSmiler (talk) 20:26, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
Can you expand Hands in the Air?
[edit]I've seen your great work lately. You are fantastic. Hey! I was wondering if you would help expand Hands in the Air, pls. Thanks in advance..--219.90.98.14 (talk) 12:54, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you so much! I have a plan to expand every single Miley song in the future. I'll expand Hands in the Air and make a page for the rest of the songs from Bangerz which don't have a page yet as well. :) CyrockingSmiler (talk) 12:57, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks, so fucking much...--219.90.98.14 (talk) 13:07, 5 August 2014 (UTC}
@CyrockingSmiler: I think you should go ahead and nominate it for GA.
I have already nominated it for GA. Hoping a reviewer will quickly review it. CyrockingSmiler (talk) 12:55, 10 August 2014 (UTC) Great. I just added credits and personnel.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 219.90.101.140 (talk) 12:58, 10 August 2014 (UTC)

I Hope You Find It content?
[edit]Can you please explain how does the sentence However, The Last Song was commercially successful, grossing more than $88 million at the worldwide box office. belong to the Critical reception field of a Cher version of the song? It isn't about the movie and you clearly edited the full article to make it sound like a competition between Miley and Cher. I mean, how does a poll on a random site (Maximum Pop), which is a total mess by the way, make for a serious critical reception of miley's version?
Anyway, you must be 12 and I have no intention to go back and forth with making changes you will only revert, so at least you could re-edit some of the content and make the article a bit less obsessive and child-like? thank you. Uncleangelo (talk) 00:35, 08 August 2014 (UTC)
@Uncleangelo:Now that you mention it, it does sound like this sentence should be moved to a different section of the article. I edited the whole article to make sure it was expanded enough to qualify for GA status. (Which it did, in case you haven't noticed) If the poll you mentioned was on a random site, the GA reviewer would have pointed it out and it would have to be removed. But it wasn't, so it is notable enough. Personally attacking me will not change the established facts. If you present your argument to me in such a petulant manner, you are the one who seems "child-like" and "obsessive". The article passed GA review (in its very first nomination, not to mention). Had it been childish, it would have been failed. I'm going to re-edit the article, however, because if you think it is biased; it must be evaluated again. Thank you for sharing your opinion with me in such a logical, mature and conducive way. Sincerely, CyrockingSmiler (talk) 11:00, 9 August 2014 (UTC)
There you go, I deleted the offending sentence altogether, and provided more reviews in Cher's section. I am such an immature, childish and obsessive twelve-year old. *Sigh* CyrockingSmiler (talk) 11:28, 9 August 2014 (UTC)

- Regarding this edit, it doesn't belong because it is not about the song itself. I understand your rationale, but frankly it doesn't belong in ANY of the song articles for Bangerz, GA or not. The album article itself, maybe, but definitely not any of the songs. Just thought I should explain. I've seen many instances where songs contain info that only pertains to their albums, and it doesn't help articles to be unnecessarily bloated. Snuggums (talk / edits) 19:07, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
