MeanFi moved to draftspace

Updated the MeanFi article according to the guidelines

Hello, I've updated the article according to all the guidelines. As I'm entirely new to editing on Wikipedia, I missed some points. The most reliable sources I found were CoinDesk and Yahoo News, which are independent once; the rest of everything I found in MeanFi Documentation and will keep updating the references as I come across them. Thanks again for your comments and support; I'll try my best to ensure I keep everything according to the guidelines and look forward to contributing more to Wikipedia.
