Nice to meet you! - Some users hate infoboxes, - if you want to avoid conflict, only put them on your own articles. You will edit happier doing so ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:56, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
You didn't listen ;) - Going on the talk page of one who hates infoboxes won't make life happier for you, nor her. See? Consider to just let go, or even revert that question. - General advice: when you see a blank talk page, you can almost feel that something is wrong. Tread with greatest care, - we don't want to hurt people, right? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:20, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
- That isn’t the talk page of someone who hates infoboxes as far as I know. It’s just the creator of the article and I was asking them for permission to add the infobox to their article as that was something that the person
who hates infoboxesrecommended me to do. You seem to have got the two people confused. Thanks anyway for your help it’s greatly appreciated, Cosycoin (talk) 16:48, 4 June 2018 (UTC)- No. Please listen, repeating: add infoboxes to your "own" articles, only. If you add elsewhere, and are reverted, go away. Saves time. I wrote that in 2017, did you know? (Look up my talk archive if you don't believe me.) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:56, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
- Oh I see. I’m a bit confused about the whole situation with Sagaciousphil but I understand that I should just add infoboxes to my own articles. Thanks and sorry for the confusion, Cosycoin (talk) 17:03, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
- The whole thing remains a mystery to me. I learned in 2012 that there are infobox wars since 2005, and managed to get the reputation of an "infoboxen warrior" just because I find them useful. When I wrote "Some users hate infoboxes" I didn't mean SchroCat but how could you know? Look, and then leave the topic ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:07, 4 June 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks for the information. :) I’ll definitely just stick to infoboxing my own articles now. I didn’t realise until today that infobox wars were a thing. Cosycoin (talk) 22:17, 4 June 2018 (UTC)

[edit]The Soulbury Stone is already covered in more detail at Soulbury#Glacial erratic rock so I've redirected the title to the existing text. However the reference you cited isn't used there. I don't want to steal credit for your research, so could you add your ref to the Soulbury article please? Cabayi (talk) 20:05, 2 June 2018 (UTC)
