Sir as you mention in notice that "your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group " Sir/Mam for your clarification i am not a Company nor a business and not a organisation i am single person hold nationality from INDIA and named as "Rahul Soni" and "coolRahulSoni" is my nickname and many people knows me by my nick name only and in all social media platform i created id by this nickname so i want my page from my nickname . And i am not a fake persona or not created any fake page and not giving any fake information here . if you want i can show you my project work also . and if you want my prove for living or name or National identity Like license , Aadhar Card or Voter Card than i can mail to your organisation . and still you found some error or mistake than please let me know so i can improve my mistake and error .

Ok Sir . but my purpose is not to advertise myself . here i only want to people know what i doing like if Selina Gomez is singer than she will show all the world that she is "Singer" , "Actor" , "Stage Performer" etc many more so like that i describe about myself that i am an computer engineer from western india and i do many type of work . if i will not show what work i do then how people know about myself and if i ddnt explain about all thing how they come to know and i accpet my mistake that is i am not well in english language so i arranger word in a manner that you get me wrong . Here in wikipedia i ddnt want to advertise myself here all i want that whoever read my page can know about me that WHO I AM and WHAT I DO like this and if you still found some error or mistake than I am extrimely Heartly sorry and let me give one chance more and now i will clearly read your polices than i wll make a new page from my name .

I am willing to unblock you, but it was already pointed out to you that your username is not acceptable and that you have to request new one using the {{unblock-spamun}} template. You yourself wrote that CoolRahulSoni Design Studio is a personal online portfolio [...]. We have WP:username policy that says that a username cannot be a name of a business, web site, or similar. You must log in if you want to make an unblock request, as we have no way of knowing who is behind a random IP address. And you should omit the "tlx|" part or it won't work.
