Rather than deleting the page I have moved it from User:ConvolutedOrganization to Draft:William J Lawrence, on the assumption that you intend the page to be a draft for a new article. That will give you a chance to work on the draft, and when you think it's ready to become an article you can submit it for a reviewer to assess whether it's suitable. I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited was Draft:William J Lawrence, which appears to be an article about yourself. Writing about yourself is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians.

As this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. We require individuals to meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable person to accept articles about them. A page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. This article needs to be rewritten from scratch from reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It is not an outlet for promotion, advocacy, or advertising.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject.
