Miscellaneous

Hi ConteRaff, welcome! And thank you for creating Barbera Caffè. However, two points. First, you seem to have got confused and also created the same article in Italian, Barbera Caffè S.p.A.. I believe you intended this for the Italian Wikipedia, but the Wikipedias in different languages are not automatically connected; you would need to create the article on the Italian Wikipedia, here. I am an administrator here on the English Wikipedia, and have deleted it because we already have your English-language version. The other thing is that you need to provide references, such as newspaper articles about the company or pages about it in books. On the English Wikipedia at least, this is expected. References do not have to be to things that are on-line, although if you can give a URL, that is appreciated. But they should not be to blogs or exclusively to the company's own website or to articles based on press releases. Has the company been written up in any local newspapers, or in business publications? I have given you some links above to pages that explain our policies and so on; you may also find this summary of the requirements for something to have a page useful; notice that it has links to explanations about such things as what we mean by reliable sources. Cafè Barbera Franchise

[edit]

I merged and redirected your page to the parent topic, Barbera Caffè, because this topic is not nearly significant enough to justify two separate articles on what are essentially the exact same topic. This is the appropriate move; you will not find support among any editor here for the position that two articles should exist. Please leave the redirect in place. Swpbtalk 19:31, 19 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No, you can't get around it by creating a new page with almost the same title. Are you aware that any editor can see every edit you make? Has it sunk in yet that we enforce standards around here? Start following the rules, or find yourself blocked. Swpbtalk 13:48, 20 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Barbera coffee, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/ConteRaff, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
