Tv55e52's Peer Review
[edit]Please see below for my peer review:
- "Job Performance," "Social Impacts," and "Relationships" are not the same size as "Culture" and "Innovation"; I assume they are meant to be the same size
- Unnecessary to start the "Relationships" section with "in terms of relationships..."
- Under "Culture," sentence would read better if it said: In collectivistic cultures, knowing the context and social status of the other person is essential to predicting their behavior.

[edit]Hi Congrenw! I think your article was very well done. Some smaller things I noticed were that the subheadings under Social approach didn't seem to fit very well together. Perhaps rewording these to have a more parallel language could be helpful. In general, it seems that each section was given similar amounts of attention and no specific section stood out as underwhelming so goo djob on that! One more thing I would add is more about the different case studies under Historical context - Major case studies. They seem very brief, and could have more details.
