If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. A tag has been placed on Eurogunz, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Removing Speedy at Eurogunz

[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles you created, as you did with Eurogunz. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please do the following:

  1. Place {{hangon}} on the page. Please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag(s).
  2. Make your case on the article's talk page.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 13:01, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why your article keeps being deleted

[edit]

"Anyone can edit" does mean you can edit, but it also means anyone can undo your edits as part of their editing. You need reliable sources that demonstrate notability for your article's subjects, or else the page will be deleted again. If someone keeps recreating a page about a non-notable company, we will assume that they're only in it to advertise, and we ban advertisers. Ian.thomson (talk) 13:13, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Editing Wikipedia

[edit]

I noticed a comment you wrote in the article Eurogunz to the effect that anyone can edit Wikipedia, but their edits will be deleted. "Anyone can edit Wikipedia" does not mean "anyone can edit Wikipedia in any way they like". Anyone is welcome to contribute to building the encyclopedia, but no-one is welcome to contribute material which is not suitable for an encyclopedia. A tag has been placed on Coldricki requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Please stop. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, such as Thunderlegs, you will be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. NawlinWiki (talk) 11:14, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is the final warning that you are receiving regarding your disruptive edits. The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to Belfairs High School, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. NawlinWiki (talk) 11:15, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
