Hi, not sure if I'm doing this right or not... but here goes!
The image on in the article "Parqués" has a watermark on it claiming copyright. I have posted on the talk page of that article with no effect. I have read the pages about raising a copyright concern - but found it as clear as mud. Could someone please help with this copyright violation?
Many thanks

- That image is from Wikimedia Commons, a separate organization which stores images for use in all the Wikimedia projects. Its file description page there is Commons:File:Parqués2.jpg and says that permission has been arranged via the OTRS system, a way to communicate by email to establish proper authority to give permission. Commons are very strict about copyright, so I would think it is OK, but the page says that if you want to confirm the permission you should leave a note at Commons:OTRS/Noticeboard.
