Speedy deletion nomination of Tiagong Akyat
[edit]A tag has been placed on Tiagong Akyat requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. <>Multi-Xfer<> (talk) 01:24, 17 September 2009 (UTC)

Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up
[edit]You reverted an edit which has already occurred. The Santos twins and JM were already caught and had to leave the house. LordBelly06 (talk) 15:04, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
I "reverted" your edit (and then some) because the Santos twins' eviction have already been aired. So their eviction is confirmed. - 上村七美 (Nanami-chan) | talkback | contribs 15:05, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
- My apologies. The show isnt airing on TFCko (ABS-CBN's On Demand TFC) yet, apparently, shows only appear when they pass their Philippines timeslot, so then we can watch it over and over again, or even pause or fast forward and rewind it. Even though its already past its timeslot, it wont occur on the list yet. Probably some technical difficulties. Once again, my apologies. But damn it, thats a big spoiler though! LOL--CocaCirca2009 (talk) 15:13, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
When I edit the article, I always wait for the Primetime airing here in the Philippines. My edits are not spoilers, as those results were already shown in Primetime. LordBelly06 (talk) 15:31, 7 November 2009 (UTC) One more thing, I learned this from one editor too. We can place the data about the results once the results are out in Primetime. And in edits I make about evictions, I always wait for the live announcement of the host before editing. I hope this clears things up.LordBelly06 (talk) 15:37, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
PBB Double-Up Edits
[edit]First of all, forgive me for deleting the table you made earlier. I realized my mistake when you reverted it and just edited it to make it similar to the other table above it. Second, for your edits in the nomination tables, the Grouping itself will not change in color, just the house color. We have to reflect their current houses (and that means we have to reflect on the house colors of the evictees before they left the house). In effect, we have to show the readers to which house these housemates were in before they left the house. This has been established by previous editors like Nanami Kamimura, which I follow. I hope you understand. If there are any necessary changes which will affect the article greatly, such as that revert on colors, please use the discussion section. Thank youi for helping us with the edits, we really appreciate it, and pardon me for my earlier mistake. I would love to hear from you. LordBelly06 (talk) 16:59, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- No problem about the table. On to the topic, its too confusing to use the "House" to define the housemate's group, specially since the legend says "Housemates residing in House A, Housemates residing in House B" and not "Housemates residing in House A, Housemates residing in House B before they left the house. It makes it seem like Princess lived with Yhel and Delio lived with Jimson. I think its best to group them by "Colour" and not by "Houses". For example, Blue means Group A (Not House), while Red means Group B. The Houses only makes it more confusing.--CocaCirca2009 (talk) 18:30, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
- Remember what is said in the intro of the nomination section. "The color code beside the housemates' names correspond to their current house or the house they were in at the time of eviction." Bear that in mind. - 上村七美 (Nanami-chan) | talkback | contribs 01:53, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
Mister Fantastic is the proper name
[edit]The character's official name is Mister Fantastic, not Mr. Fantastic. See the official Marvel comics site [3] for verification. In the comic book itself he has always been called Mister, never Mr. Could you undo your redirect please, and change the name back. Dream Focus 02:16, 19 November 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:PBBdoubleUP.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:PBBdoubleUP.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk) 04:34, 8 December 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:RubiPH.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:RubiPH.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free image with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria.
If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the image can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the image is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the image. If the image has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hey there CocaCirca2009, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot alerting you that Non-free images are not allowed in the user or talk-space. Diva Page
[edit]The page was originally Diva (TV series) until User:Peparazzi moved it to Diva (Philippine TV series) and Diva (Philippines TV series). I just wanted to correct it because there is no other series in wikipedia that is called Diva, so the "Philippines" in the title, that Peparazzi added, is not needed. Can you help me find a solution to restore it to Diva (TV series), this isn't the first time this happened, Peparazzi also redirected First Time (TV series) to First Time (Philippine TV series), which I also tried fixing. Thank you, -- ISWAK3 (talk) 06:58, 24 February 2010 (UTC)
- You must ask an admin to do the moving. You can go to Wikipedia talk:Tambayan Philippines to get help for Philippine articles.--CocaCirca2009 (talk) 18:37, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

File source problem with File:ASAPCast.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:ASAPCast.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:31, 29 March 2010 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. –Howard the Duck 15:31, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

File source and copyright licensing problem with File:MELASONINLOVE.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:MELASONINLOVE.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 05:03, 5 April 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 05:03, 5 April 2010 (UTC)

File copyright problem with File:MELASONINLOVE.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:MELASONINLOVE.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Melason. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. It also appears that you included a lot of copyrighted, promotional language. Active Banana (talk) 16:44, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
Please stop. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to File:MELASONINDACITY.jpg, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered vandalism. Further edits of this type may result in you being blocked from editing Wikipedia. Active Banana (talk) 16:47, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove the maintenance templates from Wikipedia articles, as you did to Melason, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Active Banana (talk) 22:18, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

The block seems reasonable to me. It's true that it's your first block, but there's no reason to consider unblocking until there's evidence that you understand the rules you were blocked for breaking, and have a plan for editing differently in the future. 'Indefinite' doesn't have to mean 'forever,' but copyright violation is against the law- you aren't going to be unblocked while there's a possibility of more copyright violations coming from this account. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 21:32, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

I will, I'm really sorry for what I have done. I promise that I wont do it again. The reason I didn't take User:Active Banana seriously, is because I had doubts that he may be a sockpuppet of a blocked user of somesort. He's pretty new in Wikipedia (on my view as the very first post in his talkpage is dated Feb. 9, 2010) but it seems like he already knew a lot, specially with the warnings and rules (Thats pretty doubtful for a newbie on Wikipedia). Once again, I am really sorry. Please lift my block, an indefinite block seems to be a very cruel for a first block. I promise that I will not do it again.
Decline reason:
This does not address your own sockpuppetry noted by Jpgordon above. Sandstein 07:27, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

I apologize for making it sound like an unblock might happen; I hadn't seen User:Jpgordon's note, and didn't know you were using a sockpuppet account. You maybe should have mentioned that in your unblock request. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 21:50, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:AguabenditaTV.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:AguabenditaTV.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Orphaned non-free image File:ASAPCast.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:ASAPCast.jpg.
Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:56, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:PBBhousemates.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:PBBhousemates.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please remove the tag.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. mabdul 15:33, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
Disputed non-free use rationale for File:PBBhousemates.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:PBBhousemates.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. mabdul 15:33, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
