I notice that on a couple of your recent messages on a talk page you've signed with a date and time but no user name. I wonder whether you accidentally used 5 tildes rather than 4? --David Biddulph (talk) 14:46, 26 January 2017 (UTC)
- I use the four tildes but it doesn't work for some reason. Are 5 tildes also a thing? Cnbrb (talk) 14:48, 26 January 2017 (UTC)
- Just testing the 5 tildes. 14:48, 26 January 2017 (UTC)
- I didn't know 5 tildes even existed but it must be the reason.Cnbrb (talk) 14:49, 26 January 2017 (UTC)

DYK for Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells
On 19 February 2017, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells is a term given to people, traditionally ascribed as being from Royal Tunbridge Wells, who write letters of incensed conservative moral outrage? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Hello - The information you've added to the History section repeats quite a lot of the detail that's already there in the Architecture section, including architect, Temple of the Winds, Plymouth Grove etc. I don't think it's needed in both places, and my own preference would be for it to sit in the Architecture section. KJP1 (talk) 12:36, 19 February 2017 (UTC)
- Moved before I'd even finished. The extra detail's very good. Best regards. KJP1 (talk) 12:38, 19 February 2017 (UTC)
- Oh I was hoping nobody would notice until I'd corrected it! You're too quick....! I've merged the duplicate content and am making a couple of historical additions. Thanks Cnbrb (talk) 12:41, 19 February 2017 (UTC)

Hi, I have significantly expanded and improved this article over the past few weeks and I was wondering if you, as one of the original contributors to the article, could possibly cast your eye over it? I'm hoping to take it to GA/FA before long. Many thanks. Aiken D 23:05, 28 May 2017 (UTC)

Busses in MK
I reverted your edit to Buses in Milton Keynes because you seem to have had a senior moment? MK is nowhere near the L&D busway. The 99 service from MKC to LTN runs on the ordinary road beside the busway for a couple of miles but that's as close as it gets. Or have I totally misunderstood? --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 17:40, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
- Hi - thanks for the heads-up. Don't think I've quite got to the stage of "senior moments"... yet! Of course, it might have helped if I had added some sort of references, for which I apologise. Anyway, here's the official info, indicating that the Busway services now run all the way to MK. Here's the Busway website if you want to investigate further. Perhaps you'd like to find some more precise info and update as you think is appropriate. Cnbrb (talk) 17:55, 3 July 2017 (UTC)

Nice DYK. - I am working on a "recent death", - I simply have no time to blow up something small, sorry. I think I made two useful suggestion: go to the article talk, and a name. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:35, 22 August 2017 (UTC)
- Fine, no worries. I'll leave it. Cnbrb (talk) 13:40, 22 August 2017 (UTC)

Move discussions
Hi, Cnbrb. Thanks for starting those move discussions for Oxford Book of Tudor Anthems and Oxford Book of English Madrigals. I should clarify, though, that my previous request wasn't withdrawn for lack of consensus. What happened was I requested several similar moves (for New Oxford Book of Carols, Oxford Book of Tudor Anthems, Oxford Book of Carols, New English Hymnal, English Hymnal, English Missal, and Anglican Missal) at WP:RM/TR. They were all contested, resulting in six separate and concurrent RM discussions (for some reason, I think New English Hymnal was forgotten about so no discussion was started). In consultation with TonyBallioni, I withdrew all of the requests that hadn't been commented on yet so as to ensure that I could devote myself fully to the discussions.
The discussion at Talk:Anglican Missal § Requested move 17 December 2017 remains ongoing if you wouldn't mind lending your two cents. And regarding the other withdrawn requests and the forgotten request, might you be interested in starting RM discussions for English Hymnal, New English Hymnal, and English Missal?
Thanks again, 142.161.81.20 (talk) 20:41, 23 December 2017 (UTC)
- Hi thanks for getting in touch. Oh! It's all so complicated! I'll see if I can chip in - I wish there was somewhere that these discussions could be conducted in one place as a matter of naming conventions rather than on an ad-hoc basis. Cnbrb (talk) 22:10, 23 December 2017 (UTC)
