Help me!

[edit]

Please help me! I'm trying to get a page created for a company called Mapline. It is a small business in Provo, Utah, and WikiPedia is extremely confusing and sends me in circles. I've tried to create an article in the past, but I got so confused and frustrated that I just gave up. So now I'm hoping to request that the article be created, but even that is an extremely difficult task.

You may visit Requested Articles to request that an article be created, but there is a backlog of literally thousands of requests, so it may be some time before it is written. For what reason do you want to create an article about this company? In order for it to merit an article, it must have significant coverage in independent reliable sources that show how it meets Wikipedia's definition of a notable company. Not every company merits an article here. Most of your draft is uncited, and it has no independent sources with significant coverage. You may find it helpful to read Your First Article and use the new user tutorial. 331dot (talk) 20:16, 23 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
