Hi Chris, I noticed your addition to this article. I'm trying to work it up to Featured Article, so referencing needs to be spot-on. Assuming Irish Birds is a journal, you need to add the authors, article title year, and issue and give the article page range (unless it really is just a one-page article). If it's a book, this article uses short form plus cited text format.

If you use citejournal, <ref name= >{{cite journal |last= |first= |coauthors= |year= |title= | journal= | volume= | pages=– | url = |doi=|jstor= |issue=}}</ref>, that will save me reformatting, but not obligatory. Alternatively, just give me a link to your source and I'll do the ref. See refs 12, 14, 15 for examples

Don't worry if you can't complete the ref, I'll add stuff on individual countries with particular concerns later, and replace this ref then if necessary. Thanks Jimfbleak - talk to me? 07:45, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
