@SQL: Guess I made this block too wide and have unblocked for the moment, but would appreciate some guidance on how to make it more useful. I had followed Amanda's lead in blocking a similar /17, after finding this one while CUing. This range is a VPN owned by Atlantic Metro, but it also has a /23 and /28 CIDR, and I initially went with the wider range. Should I have blocked a smaller range? Should I have blocked at all?
