[edit]List of Star (Disney+) original programming
[edit]Hello Cdonovan01,
your changes to the article "List of Star (Disney +) original programming" trigger a need for discussion.
You enter the dates for the premiere of various FX series on Disney+ / Star. To do this, they used sources / evidence related to Hulu, but not Disney +. Which not only do not apply to Disney+, but are also factually incorrect, since the dates of Hulu and Disney + are different.
The series "American Horror Stories" has not yet been announced for Disney+ for a single European country for July 15, 2021. In Australia and New Zealand, the series is not a Star Original.
You are welcome to change that, but only if you have proof that relates to Disney+ and not to the data from the US streaming service Hulu or the cable TV channel FX.
As I said, the dates for the premiere can be different on Hulu and Disney+. See "Love Victor" (Season 2). And as long as no official notification has been made by Disney+, no speculative dates need to be entered.
There are, for example, series like "Mixed-ish" or "The Great North", where I unofficially already know that they will be added as Star Original in Germany, but as long as there is no official confirmation from Disney +, I will not register in the list.

[edit]Hello, I'm Doniago. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Futurama, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. In particular, please don't replace a sourced statement with an unsourced statement. - According to AnimatedPlus on Twitter and Comedy Central's schedule, it left on October 7, 2022. Cdonovan01 (talk) 19:24, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
- I'm not familiar with AnimatedPlus, but Twitter is generally considered unreliable as a source. That said, if AnimatedPlus has some sort of authority, it might be fine. I doubt linking to CC's schedule would be fine unless it unambiguously made the statement. Hope this is helpful! DonIago (talk) 19:49, 20 October 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of programs broadcast by CNN, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page New Day. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Introduction to contentious topics
[edit]You have recently edited a page related to articles about living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.
