May I ask what reason there was to relist this instead of letting an admin softdelete per WP:NOQUORUM? Praxidicae (talk) 19:26, 6 April 2019 (UTC)

- Everything else has beem accepted by Wikipedia ChefBear01 (talk) 16:24, 7 April 2019 (UTC)
- Hi ChefBear01, good day. You dont need add "new section" when replying and just keep the communication under the same message thread. What you would do is to click the "edit" next to the "message title'" (Website on Wikipedia Blacklist), scroll all the way down and start writing. My understanding is that the sites you provided above are not on Wikipedia's blacklisted/spam list. I have cited random articles from the sites provided, see below, and everything seems ok. By the way there is no (UK-CARIFORUM Exonomic Partnership) or (UK-CARIFORUM Economic Partnership) as indicated. I think you meant Draft:UK-CARIFORUM (Trade Block)economic partnership. Please see referencing for info and how to provide inline citation and see Template:Cite web for citing sources from website (use "Most commonly used parameters in horizontal format" under the 1.Usage" (remove "quote" out if it is not necessary". CVUA
Hi greetings, I would like to join as a trainee of yours as a part of CVU Academy. I'm well interested in reverting vandalism and I would like to become a rollbacker in Wikipedia. I am using twinkle for reverting vandalism now. I started also using STiki from few days ago. But still I should grow in the field of RBK. Would you mind accepting me as a trainee? I shall be highly honoured if you can accept my request. Thank you.--PATH SLOPU 05:24, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
- Hi Path slopu Good day. Thank you for interest in fighting vandalism in Wikipedia. Pls have a look the "Syllabus" section under "Goals" at WP:CVSCHOOL to understand the requirements needed at the end of the course in order to graduate from CVSCHOOL. Secondly, please note that there are many editors who were interested in counter vandalism course and abundant the program mid way due to they did not enticipate the amount of effort/time needed in reading the program material, assigned "homework" and exams requirements . The program has no timeline set, as the editor would progress through the course work at their own time. Generally, it would take an editor 2-2.5 months to finish the course. So do prepare yourself on lots of reading and homework if you intend to proceed with the program. Let me know and I will set up a sub page for you where we could use the sub talk page as the Q&A of the course if there is any. I would suggest to give it a go but do let me know. thank you. 2019-20 Lebanese Football League / in Lebanese football
Hi, I see that you have moved 2019–20 Lebanese Football League and 2019–20 in Lebanese football to the draftspace. I wanted to ask why this isn't the case for 2019–20 Serie A, 2019–20 in Italian football and 2019–20 in English football, for example, which are all unsourced/undersourced articles. I'm not contesting the move per se, rather I would like to understand why one standard is used for Lebanese football and another for Italian/English football. Thanks, Nehme1499 (talk) 13:16, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
- Nehme1499 Hi Greetings. Thank you for your question above. It is not Lebanese football articles treated diffirently than other national football articles. It was I just happened to come across the pages. For articles of such nature, to provide secondary sources (independent, relaible sources- such as from major newspaper) is not hard at all. Sources can be in any languages. Just provide at least 3 sources (inline citations) and resubmit them. let me know when you have done that and I will review and publish them for you. Let me know if anything else I could help. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 13:31, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
- Done for 2019–20 Lebanese Football League. I have to wait for the beginning of a tournament for 2019–20 in Lebanese football to be able to source it. Nehme1499 (talk) 15:30, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
- Nehme1499 Thank you for providing the sources. Reviewed and published - see 2019–20 Lebanese Football League. Draft:2019–20 in Lebanese football will be in Wikipedia system for the next six months before it will be deleted. Once the season started, then kindly add in the sources and let me know if you want me to review it. Thank you for your contribution and happy editing. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 15:46, 8 April 2019 (UTC)

Hi Cassiopedia,
Can you provide a valid explanation for removing this article? It is not a recreation of an article as you have wrongfully claimed. The layout of the 2019 article is simple following the same format as previous 2013-2018 versions. It is not a duplicate or copy etc. It is a page dedicated to an accurate sporting competition. All information is public knowledge and readily available online. I appreciate the look out for mistakes but kindly revert all changes you have incorrectly made such as moving a perfectly legitimate article to the draft space.
Regards, KieranCorry91 (talk) 16:40, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
- KieranCorry91 good day. If you have a look at the User_talk:Kieranthomascorry, there are explanation. The articles are created without any sources. Wikipedia an an encylopedia, content need to be supported by independent, relaible sources for verification. Without sources, the content cant be verified. To move to draft space is for you to input the sources without the opposibilities of the articles to be nominated for deletion. It is not a good idea to keep on moving the page in main space, as a reviewer, we can accept the page, and if any reviewr accept them. Note all page either submit via new page or AfC would subject for reveiw and even an article is accepted and in main space, it does not guarantee a page will stay there unless the subject is notable and the content is verifiable. Pls see Wikipedia:The answer to life, the universe, and everything. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 16:53, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
Latest tech news from the Wikimedia technical community. Please tell other users about these changes. Not all changes will affect you. Translations are available.
Recent changes
- More wikis are now testing visual editor section editing for mobile users. You can read more.
- Admins on French and Polish Wikipedia can block someone from editing a page or a namespace. If your wiki wants to get these blocks before they are available to all wikis, you can tell the developers. [1][2]
Problems
- You will be able read but not edit most wikis for 30 minutes on 11 April at 05:00 (UTC). This is because of a hardware problem. You can see a list of the affected wikis. [3]
- A map update caused some problems on 29 March and 30 March. It was rolled back. [4]
- Pages on some Wikivoyages had problems with the top headline. This has been fixed. [5]
Changes later this week
- When you add an edit summary the VisualEditor will search your recent edit summaries in case you want to re-use one. This works in both the visual and wikitext modes on desktop. It also works on the mobile site. [6]
- The Wikimedia wikis will get a URL shortener. This will work from 11 April. You can read more. [7]
- The
{{REVISIONID}}
magic word will no longer work. This is for performance reasons. When you preview a page it will return""
(empty string). When you read a page it will return"-"
(dash). For now this will only affect content namespaces. [8] - The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 9 April. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 10 April. It will be on all wikis from 11 April (calendar).
Meetings
- You can join the technical advice meeting on IRC. During the meeting, volunteer developers can ask for advice. The meeting will be on 10 April at 15:00 (UTC). See how to join.
Future changes
- You will be able to preview references. This means that when you hover over the link you will get a popup that shows you a preview of the reference. It will work much like page previews. This is so you don't have to go to the bottom of the page to see a reference. This will now be available as a beta feature on German and Arabic Wikipedia. [9][10]
- The Wikidata JSON output will change. Empty containers will be serialised as empty objects. This is a breaking change that will affect tools that use JSON outputs and APIs. It will happen on 30 April. You can read more and see how to test your code.

tag has been placed on Draft:Susan Glenny
requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 12:50, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
Dear Cassiopea.. This page is 100% not an ad in any way shape or format. It has been written by me a fellow sailor about a very notable and successful athlete and sailor.. Susan is a very successful offshore sailor.. so very very confused why you called it a vanity project and ad.. when it is clearly information about a top sportswomen. Edit on List of UFC events
I can't see what i did wrong. Moraes name was missplelled so i deleted it. Quit harrassing me. None of my edits have been wrong. Wikipedia is free for everyone to edit. My intention is never to spread false information, or vandalise a page. If there's something you disagree with, then edit it bacl to what you feel is right. No disrespect, but i feel that this is getting a bit ridiculous. Daniboy0202 (talk) 11:22, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
- Daniboy020, I think I placed the message because you removed content without leaving an edit summary. I have since remove the warning message from you talk page. I understand your intention is good but in the past few years you have changed information which is not accordingly to the guidelines and continue in certain occasions to do so even after you have warned. You are welcome to edit pages as long as your edits iare constructive and according to the Wikipedia guidelines. Pls do leave a brief edit summary Help:Edit summary before you save your edits so other would know the nature/reasons of your edits as Wikipedia is a collaboration of many editors and reduce misunderstanding caused. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk)
Counter Vandalism
I am looking to refine my vandalism fighting skills. I look at incoming new edits and in the best way that I can fight vandalism that I spot. I found out that there are people like you who train vandal fighters to become better. Would you become my vandalism fighting instructor? You can help improve my skills at recognizing and fighting vandalism. THEFlint Shrubwood (talk) 16:20, 9 April 2019 (UTC)
- THEFlint Shrubwood Good day. Thank you for interest in fighting vandalism in Wikipedia. Pls have a look the "Syllabus" section under "Goals" at WP:CVSCHOOL to understand the requirements needed at the end of the course in order to graduate from CVSCHOOL. Secondly, please note that there are many editors who were interested in counter vandalism course and abundant the program mid way due to lack of anticipation of the amount of efforts/time needed in reading the program material, doing assigned "homework" and exams requirements . The program has no timeline set, as the editor would progress through the course work at their own time. Generally, it would take an editor 1.5-2 months to finish the course. So do prepare yourself for lots of reading and homework if you intend to proceed with the program. Let me know and I will set up a sub page for you where we could use the sub talk page as the Q&A of the course if there is any. I would suggest and recommend you to give it a go as the program would benificial to you as a vandal fighter. Do let me know. thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 03:25, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

Your review of my Solomon Wisenberg article
Hi CASSIOPEIA, I see you're in demand around here, so I will try to be brief. Thanks for reviewing my article on Solomon Wisenberg. After you reviewed it, someone else moved it to draft so I'm just seeking some input. Should I assume that since you reviewed it without action, you think the article is appropriate in content and subject matter in general? I have a list of reasons that I believe the article to be worthy of inclusion, but I would love to hear your opinion if it is something that wouldn't take too much time to share. Thanks again for taking a look at it. SBCornelius (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 15:49, 12 April 2019 (UTC)
- SBCornelius Hi good day. The page was moved to draft page because you are a WP:PAID editor, which I should have moved the earlier as all articles created by paid editor need to go through Article for Creation process. You need to WP:DISCLOSE you are the paid editor on the article talk page and also in your user page. Wikipedia strongly discourage COI editor to edit/create affected page as at time the page is not written in neutral point of view and certain info which are no sourced is include in the page. Once you have done the disclosure, pls run through the page again and make sure no a single WP:PUFF word included then resubmit the article for review. Thank you. Flags on the List of UFC champions page

UFC Rankings
Thank you. For some reason the German version of the official UFC website updates BEFORE the American version. See: http://de.ufc.com/rankings 156.204.120.84 (talk) 14:55, 16 April 2019 (UTC) Pl
- 156.204.120.84 Hi, I thank you very much for your input. UFC.com US website is always a little late then other UFC local website. Especially during the transition period from old website to new design website. These few weeks, the update is getting faster as I believe they have solved/finished their website upgrated tasks (All the English webistes (Australian, Canada and England) were removed and redirect to US site). The ranking citation links to US site. I would kindly ask you to self revert the edit and state an edit summary. Do remember the version, so you may easy copy and paste the info when the ranking is up in US web site as it should be in next two days. Do register at Wikipedia as there are some benifits/feature for a registered user and see WP:MMA since you are interested in mma article. Put your name on the participation list if you want. Let me know if anything I could help. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 15:05, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
- 156.204.120.84 Saw your self revert and thank you. I have sent a "welcome" page on your talk page. Looking forward to seeing as a registered user. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 16:57, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
CVU Trainer
Hi Cassiopeia, I would like to participate in the Counter Vandalism Unit as a student. Can I request that you be my trainer? ApollyonX talk —Preceding undated comment added 12:24, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
- Hi ApollyonX, Good day. I would suggest and recommend you to give it a go as the program would beneficial to you as a vandal fighter. Do let me know. thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 17:00, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

Uechi Kanbun and Kanei are Okinawan
Oddly enough, this has become a more significant point what with the Olympics coming: that Okinawans are not Japanese. May seem like a minor point, but it is currently a very important distinction, particularly with Okinawan groups asserting that karate came from Okinawa and not Japan.
Best! TheDoctorX (talk) 08:10, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- TheDoctorX Thank you letting me know, appreciate it. I was working short description for Kareta catagory. There are more Okinawan karateka. I will go back and reword to "Okinawan karateka". Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 08:28, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

Request on 16:01:46, 19 April 2019 for assistance on AfC submission by Athousanddaysbefore
Hi there, I'd like to see if I could kindly request your assistance with the Black Heart Saints article. I believe that the band qualifies for an article on Wikipedia based on the following notability criteria mentioned under "Criteria for musicians and ensembles": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability_(music)
4) The band has gone on at least 2 national tours in the United States. Here are independent references to those tours:
http://gallupsun.com/index.php?option=com_content&id=11172%3Ablack-heart-saints-include-gallup-date-for-west-coast-winter-tour&Itemid=622 https://www.therockpit.net/2018/black-heart-saints-announce-road-to-sturgis-tour-2018/
8 & 9) The band was awarded first place in Austin Chronicle's Music Awards, a distinguished awards ceremony that is respected by the music industry not only in Austin, but also on an international level: https://www.austinchronicle.com/austin-music-awards/year:2018/category:best-performing-bands/2452622/
Also, here's more info on the Austin Music Awards for verifiability: https://austinmusicawards.org/
Please let me know if there's anything else you may need from me. I look forward to being a useful contributor to Wikipedia.
Athousanddaysbefore (talk) 16:01, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
- Athousanddaysbefore, Hi I have looked at the sources you provided. To me it is just a little WP:TOOSOON as one of the sources is a interview article and the award does not meet the WP:BAND notability guidelines. Unless you would provide further independent reliable sources such as from major newspaper or reputable magazine such as Rolling Stone which the sources talk about the subject in length and in depth (not a press release, home page, interview, marketing and etc articles). Since you have resubmit the article, I will let other reviewer to have a look at the article and see if they share my view or not. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 07:51, 20 April 2019 (UTC)
List of Canadian winners on the PGA and LPGA tours
Hi Cassiopeia - I've added a bunch of refs to List of Canadian winners on the PGA and LPGA tours. Please review and approve. Thanx, PKT(alk) 14:44, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
- PKT Greetings. Thank you for adding the sources. Reviewed and approved. Thank you for your contribution. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 14:56, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
Paige VanZant
Hi - I did not provide a source for my modifications because it was a correction rather than a modification. The original information did not match the source. Her team is listed as Gracie Barra Portland, but if you follow the link in the source, the article will clearly state Team Quest. No mention of Gracie Barra Portland. I did not include a new source because the old one already agrees with my edits. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Felipe Scovino Pedroso (talk • contribs) 09:23, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
- Hi Felipe Scovino Pedroso, Thank you for letting know. I have checked the source and self reverted the edit. My appologies. Please provide a brief summary next time on your edits so other editors know what are your reasons/info of your edits as Wikipedia is a collaboration work of many users. Please remember to sign your posts on talk pages by typing four tildes (

Request on 09:44:07, 23 April 2019 for assistance on AfC submission by Nooralamimdaghri
I need to know why my article was not publish. I have noticed that there is nothing written about this company although it exists, all of the other maritime companies have an article on wikipedia except this one. Therefore, my question is what do I have to do in order to my article to be published.
Nooralamimdaghri (talk) 09:44, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
- Hi Nooralamimdaghri Greetings. On top of the draft page, there is a grey panel which indicated the reason of the decline. Please click on the blue highlighted texts for detail information. For article to be merit a page in Wikipedia, the subject needs to be notable and the content need to be supported by multiple independent, reliable sources where by the sources talk about the subject in depth and in length and not passing mentioned. What you have provided is the home page of as the source and it is considered not independent as the source is associated with the subject. Sources from home page, official web site, press releases, user generated sites, sources associated with the subject, interview and etc are considered not independent and/or not reliable and for such they can NOT be used to demonstrate and contribute to the notability requirements. Sources from major newspapers are considered good sources. Articles on Wikipedia main space do not mean they will stay forever, if the articles are found not notable, they will be nominated to article for deletion. Editor should look at good articles for example instead and also pls note there are WP:OTHERSTUFFEXIST. Please read Wikipedia:The answer to life, the universe, and everything for requirements, WP:Your First Article to familiar yourself on how to write an article in Wikipedia, Referencing for providing inline citation and finally WP:NCORP corporation notability requirements. Pop back here if you have further questions and I am here to help. Cheers. CASSIOPEIA(talk)
