Wish to reassert the edit you revertedHi I corrected a misspelt album title - from "Pickled Eggs & Sherbert" to "Pickled Eggs & Sherbet". (Pickled_Eggs_and_Sherbert) You have reverted it, and I don't understand why: it is a matter of fact that the album is entitled "Pickled Eggs & Sherbet". (See the photo of the album cover on this Amazon listing: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pickled-Eggs-Sherbert-The-Seeing/dp/B000025AKS. Interestingly, there is the same spelling error in the rest of the listing.) The correct title is already being used elsewhere in the article. If the album title is correct, it will help those searching for it. The page title also needs correcting to match, but I don't know how to do that. Thanks for your (re-)consideration. Chris 46.255.119.66 (talk) 20:45, 18 November 2015 (UTC) Hi there. I am the web developer for Pikes Peak Library District. I updated Pikes Peak Library District wiki entry to reflect the most current information we have. I also replaced old expired 3rd party links with links to our official website, ppld.org. I have reverted the page back to what I had edited. I assure you this is the most accurate information about PPLD. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vfranklyn (talk • contribs) 00:12, 19 November 2015 (UTC) direct democracy irelandhi CAPTAIN RAJU i have being trying without success to make the DDi page Factual and correct there has been 3 admins who are constantly reverting my changes most of the "citeable sources " used are unfounded and not allowed to be changed,i changed one item to today and used a source and within a few minutes it had been reverted with the reply" i dont think so" that is clearly not the conduct of an admin but someone with their own agenda i would ask with your help to possibly correct some of the fiction that has been used to demonise DDI,i am not a member of DDI but a keen supporter and admire what they doing.Railsparks (talk) 19:54, 19 November 2015 (UTC) Reference errors on 19 NovemberHello, I'm ReferenceBot. Captian, I was showing my 6th grade Social Studies class the value of reliable sources. I wanted to demonstrate that one can simply put anything they want on wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Papagru (talk • contribs) 14:50, 20 November 2015 (UTC)
Hi, Your making a mistake !. I did change this since I know the standard very well and have patents in the CRC fields. This is the original text from the Xmodem CRC calculation and error probability. The XMODEM protocol uses an optional two character CRC-16 instead of the one character arithmetic checksum used by the original protocol and by most commercial implementations. CRC-16 guarantees detection of all single and double bit errors, all errors with an odd number of error bits, all burst errors of length 16 or less, 99.9969% of all 17-bit error bursts, and 99.9984 per cent of all possible longer error bursts. By contrast, a double bit error, or a burst error of 9 bits or more can sneak past the XMODEM protocol arithmetic checksum. You can see they talk about BITS not bytes. regards, Paul. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.84.190.146 (talk) 20:59, 20 November 2015 (UTC) re: Deletion of Johnny Kay entryThis bit of unpleasantness is precisely why I avoid editing Wikipedia articles and am strongly considering removing myself from the community altogether. I am not going to get into an edit war with you. This entry already existed when I tried to improve it. I was in the very early stages of adding proper citation and seconds after creating biographical information, here's CAPTAIN RAJU marking it for deletion! If you're going to bite newcomers, go right ahead, but don't expect me to participate in Wikipedia if the community is going to be this hostile to people helping with edits. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wyclif (talk • contribs) 21:41, 21 November 2015 (UTC) shitFuck John Mark NelsonHello, I would request that the edits to John Mark Nelson's page be reinstated. They included the most up-to-date information (with citations) about his discography, record label, representation, critical reception and status. Without those edits, the page is out of date and doesn't reflect the most recent facts. I'm happy to discuss if necessary. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Linolanayseda (talk • contribs) 22:31, 21 November 2015 (UTC) Linolanayseda (talk) 04:54, 22 November 2015 (UTC)Linolanayseda Ishaangrewal2001702I am ishaan grewal I am extremely sorry for adding unreasonable content on some articles as I had done so unknowingly and was just trying to help Wikipedia. I'm the user who edited the Castle Bravo article and I can assure you that there is no problem with your changes to the article. Ráth ChairnHi, You recently removed my edits on the page Ráth Cairn, which was unnecessary. My edits were not vandalism, but rather updating a fairly outdated page. I was removing the incorrect spelling of 'Ráth Cairn' and correcting it to 'Ráth Chairn' the official and governmentally recognised name. I also updated the section where there were intentions to construct several buildings, which are now constructed and fully operational e.g. the schools, the community centre and the library. I also added names of organisations present in the village (e.g. Corchumann Ráth Chairn, RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta and Coláiste na bhFiann). I made no incorrect statements and my information was fully relevant. I didn't change any of the main text of the page and made no false assertions. Maybe you should leave it to the Irish to decide what's relevant on a page about an Irish speaking area. Please reintroduce my edits as they were. Yours, Seán Ó Murchú. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.120.22.10 (talk) 18:41, 24 November 2015 (UTC) Thank you for your kindness CAPTAIN RAJU! Although I'm an old user of Wikipedia, I'm a brand new Wikipedean (as you see) and I'll try to attune myself with my new status! Thank you for you curtesy! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Austro-Hungarian (talk • contribs) 20:13, 24 November 2015 (UTC) Obama Chmo has spelling and factual mistakesIsn't it cheap cheating and misleading that you've fixed an automatic revert but send a letter saying that YOU DIDN'T FIND THE CORRECTIONS PLAUSIBLE/RELEVANT/etc without even lookin? Don't you think you could change your automatic message text to something more honest? Now to the point: I started a talk behind the Obama Chmo page Moreover I strongly suggest you put (the oral) into brackets since "опущенный" in the Russian prison slang can denote a person abused in the act of anal intercourse (put down meaning bent over) as well. Unfortunately I don't have time to get the refs for you, but I work as a psychologist in а Russian Prison, so armed with this you could search for the truth yourself. Siege of Fort Pitt editI do not understand why you would revert a direct quote from the citation link that was already provided. The original line said: "However, there is no evidence to suggest it ever happened, rather the allegation was instead propaganda", then the citation link To me, this comes across as a very personal, and dismissive opinion. My main edit was: "Fort Pitt's commander gave the Indians two blankets and a handkerchief taken from the fort's smallpox hospital. Smallpox erupted among the Indians of the region sometime in the spring or summer of 1763. It is possible that British blankets caused the outbreak among the Indian population. However, it's just as likely that the outbreak resulted from some other contact between the Indian and white groups. What is clear, however, is that there was widespread concern about the deliberate spread of smallpox" then the SAME citation link How are you going to tell me that my edit "doesn't seem constructive", when it's the actual quote from the citation that was already present, instead of that other original biased opinion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.246.163.148 (talk) 20:56, 25 November 2015 (UTC)
Lieszkovszky ValériaHello! Sources for you (Hungarian):
Reverting edits on SMRT BusesHow are my edits disruptive? You live in the UK and you are just disrupting the page. The bus models should be included in the article and you just deleted it. If you are so smart, find the sources and put it in. You are just deleting important information that you have no knowledge about and my edits are true and proven and does not constitute as VANDALIZING. There are true SINGAPOREANS editing and enhancing the page and you you just revert and ban them as you have no idea about Singapore Buses. PROVIDE A SOURCE YOURSELF AS YOU ASSUME ALL OUR SOURCES ARE WRONG! 33ryantan (talk) 21:46, 26 November 2015 (UTC)
Reverting edits in SMRT BusesHello, I clearly stated a source and the information is 100% true. It is clearly sourced and should not be reverted. Can you explain what aspect of the edit constituted as VANDALISM? Please explain to me clearly and tell me which part of the information is wrong and incorrect. Do not direct me to the vandalism page. Tell me what part of the bus information is wrong and should not be in the page. 33ryantan (talk) 22:07, 26 November 2015 (UTC) Bad use of undo function & vandalism templatesIn the name Peng Guangqian, the surname is 彭, as seen in the first sentence of the article. In Chinese names, the surname is written first. Kindly don't go around blindly undoing other users' good-faith and constructive edits and then just slamming a template on their talk page without even having the courtesy to explain why you thought the edit was wrong. 210.6.254.106 (talk) 00:50, 27 November 2015 (UTC) Sexual Freedom AwardsHi Captain Raju The Erotic Awards are now called the Sexual Freedom Awards. Welsby biographical pageHi, I am unclear about who I am writing to but hope to register my concerns about my Chris Welsby Wikipedia site I am not at all happy with the way my Wiki Page has been edited. It was first created by a Polish contributor. I think he was a student. He did well with it and I was very grateful for his efforts but it needed work. I tried to edit it myself but everything I put on to the page was removed by a third party. I was not consulted and the information he put on the page was, and still is is largely inaccurate or inappropriate and does not represent me or my work. The descriptions of my film projects in particular are totally misleading and without contextualization they are meaningless. I don't want to waste any further time trying to edit the page if someone is going to remove my contribution. I would be far happier if someone else would do this for me but no one has so the site just sits there - and it's a total embarrassment. Also the Chris Welsby page says that citations are missing. This situation has not altered for years. The person who edited my contribution has done nothing to put this right. Who is going to fix this besides me? I can provide citations but not for the content now on the page. I can provide content but I do not wish to contravene Wikipedia guidelines. I understand the principals at work here on Wikipedia but I am still very much alive and I do not wish to be miss-represented. I would welcome any advice or help. With respect, this is my life and it is my art practice and whilst I would welcome any informed and intelligent contribution to my Wiki Page I do not appreciate some mis-informed third party telling me and the world in general what I have and have not done with it and then leaving their mess behind for all to see. There is loads of information about my work available online and It is a real shame that Wikipedia is the least accurate and least informative source. It is an embarrassment all round. Can anyone please suggest a solution to this unhappy situation? Thank youChris Welsby (talk) 22:42, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

Well I am here to write as I want them adding back. The edits I made were relevant to the themes the school students at Oasis Academy Wintringham are currently studying due to book week, An Inspector Calls etc. Well anyhow, I would like the edits back for the reason I gave to you above. It all fits the themes that our school are currently studying. So without any more fuss, please put the edits back. I would not be messaging if I was 'joking around' as you claimed I was. Not sure why you removed my editHi, see my Talk Page for context. I removed a rant from an article and left an edit summary. You reverted and said I didn't post an edit summary. Was it by mistake or did I miss something? I rarely edit so I'm not sure if I was at fault or not. I re-did my article change though. Oh, this is my talk page: User talk:184.163.188.60. Ill login next time :) Your revert of my edit in QWERTYYour revert of my edit in QWERTY (made as 81.2.124.191, I forgot to login) was invalid. The edit was made to add a keypress character for the pipe character that should have been there but wasn't. This screenshot shows how it should appear, and now does after reverting your revert. Edgar Hoover was a "passing" African American has been deleted from his Wikipedia page? The complete denial of his true heritage by whoever made the corrections is abominable. History is supposed to be told in its entirely and not suppressed because it doesn't sound appealing. It further amazes me that it's ok that he was a closeted homosexual, but not ok that he was African American passing in a very difficult time in American history for Black Americans. I am contacting you because it states that you were the last person to edit his page, so an explaination would be appreciated. I will make sure to monitor this page, and will make every attempt to bring national attention to Wikipedias omission and denial of facts to suit a mainstream narrative.
