Adding genres to articles
Hi again. I noticed that you have added some genres into other articles. Just to let you know, for anything you add into an article, you should also be adding WP:RELIABLESOURCES which would WP:VERIFY the facts you add. Facts without support from sources are eventually removed one way or the other. Δρ.Κ. λόγοςπράξις 06:19, 25 March 2014 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you seek consensus for certain edits by discussing the matter on the article's talk page. Thank you. Beatlemanioose (talk) 20:27, 27 March 2014 (UTC)
Rumors
Hey there. We never add rumors to articles unless they're widely reported by multiple impeccable sources, and spreading rumors on talk pages is also a very poor idea (and something that gets lots of Wikipedians very, very upset). While there isn't anything offensive about this particular rumor, it's still a rumor, and BLP policy still applies, so I've removed it. Please take a few minutes and review that policy, as well as the talk page guidelines, which state that talk pages are for discussing the articles themselves, not their subjects. Rivertorch (talk) 14:22, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
- Indeed, our lists of LGBT people are not allowed to list people who are merely speculated or rumoured to be gay — we only list people who are known to be gay, either through unambiguous biographical sources in the case of a dead person or through their own act of coming out in the case of a living one. If he ever comes out as gay in his own words, then we'll certainly include it at that time — but until then it's not our job or our role to go anywhere near improperly sourced rumours about a person's sexuality. Bearcat (talk) 19:54, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
- Okay, it's just that there's alot of irresistible rumours out there that claim Justin Bieber to be homosexual. Rumours of such that are enough to make hundreds of people unsure what his true sexual orientation is. As for myself, I remain unconvinced that he is straight. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a social network. Wikipedia is not a place to socialize or do things that are not directly related to improving the encyclopedia, as you did at Talk:Ribs (song). Off-topic material may be deleted at any time. We're sorry if this message has discouraged you from editing this website, but the ultimate goal of this website is to build an encyclopedia (please see WP:NOT for further details). Thank you. Talk page etiquette
Excuse me, but you do not make a change like this to another editor's talk page, and then edit war with that editor when he reverts your change. Please read WP:TPO. Cheers. Radiopathy •talk• 15:17, 17 May 2014 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Added thanks
Sorry about the mistake on the song, I admit I misread the source. I'm going to write another Monkees song article shortly ("Goin' Down"), which you can look over because it seems you show an interest in the band. If you want to collaborate with articles or just talk about music, I'd be happy to. I work almost totally in 60s music related topics, and I'm interested in learning more so don't hesitate. Thanks again.TheGracefulSlick (talk) 01:49, 8 December 2015 (UTC)

Wikia
Hi. Not sure it has been dealt with permanently, as this pattern of drive-by vandalism - naming articles with offensive statements keeps recurring - but normally there is no interaction as there was on your page. Let me know if anything like that happens again. Deb (talk) 09:14, 8 March 2017 (UTC)
- Hi. Technically the second guy hasn't yet done anything to merit blocking. I'll keep an eye on him; if he crosses the line, he'll be removed. Deb (talk) 11:23, 8 March 2017 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Changes (The Monkees album), but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 18:58, 11 June 2017 (UTC)
