"Poor grammar"

[edit]

Hi. I noticed that my edits to List of Mayday episodes may have contained factual errors, but how is my grammar "poor"? DASL51984 (Speak to me!) 11:14, 25 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

See for example the correction I just made to your edit. Please take care to avoid changing the meaning of a sentence when attempting just to re-word it. It may help if you make smaller edits, explaining each one in the edit summary, so others can tell what your intentions are. Burninthruthesky (talk) 11:22, 25 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I will remember that. DASL51984 (Speak to me!) 20:25, 25 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Air France Flight 447

[edit]

Well, the BEA was in charge with part of the investigation (though the LYCAA was leading the investigation) as they analyzed the flight recorders. I'll be honest, this was some OR and I know that's not allowed, but I had the article and the citation as sources. I just felt that even though the BEA was not leading the investigation but was analyzing flight 771's flight recorder's, they probably felt stressed as two A330's fatally crashed in less than one year. I tried adding this before with better reasons, but failed. I was actually thinking of undoing the edit, but I didn't finish thinking in time. Sorry. Tigerdude9 (talk) 17:06, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I see from the article that the BEA assisted the investigation. That is the kind of work the organisation is made for, so to imply they don't have resources to do more than one at once would, as you say, need support. Burninthruthesky (talk) 17:30, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
