Information icon Hello, I'm HistoryofIran. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Ottoman–Persian War (1743–1746), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. HistoryofIran (talk) 17:09, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@HistoryofIran my bad sorry Britannan2345 (talk) 17:12, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@HistoryofIran How do I add a source? Britannan2345 (talk) 17:14, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
WP:CITEFOOT explains how. HistoryofIran (talk) 17:19, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Drchriswilliams This is the source. Also the data you reverted are based on 2022 not 2024. Britannan2345 (talk) 15:37, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Drchriswilliams Please can you reply to me? Britannan2345 (talk) 15:46, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at List of regions of the United Kingdom by Human Development Index, you may be blocked from editing. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 15:39, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Chaotic Enby Woah I gave a reference link Britannan2345 (talk) 15:43, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Chaotic Enby Alright give me one more chance all right? Britannan2345 (talk) 15:43, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Reddit is not a good reference, and you shouldn't link it as a category of all places. You can cite it like <ref>your reference</ref>, although again Reddit shouldn't be used as a source. (See also: Help:Referencing for beginners) Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 15:46, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Chaotic Enby Please can you reply to me? Britannan2345 (talk) 15:46, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Chaotic Enby How have I been vandalizing? Britannan2345 (talk) 15:46, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
While it was likely just a honest mistake, linking a Reddit post as a category did look at first like something that wasn't intended to be constructive. Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 15:48, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Chaotic Enby Oh. It's because the average 0. 940 is not correct if you take the mean of all the Hdi sub regions. Britannan2345 (talk) 15:50, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Did you take a weighted average by population? Chaotic Enby (talk · contribs) 15:51, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Chaotic Enby No. Is that how you get an average of 0.940? Britannan2345 (talk) 15:52, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Chaotic Enby Yes now I did it shows me as 0.930. Now what do we do? Britannan2345 (talk) 16:33, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
