Request for Undeletion of Baltic Chemistry Olympiad Page
[edit]Dear BoraVoro,
I am writing to request the undeletion of the Wikipedia page titled "Baltic Chemistry Olympiad" which was deleted on [14.12.2023] for the second time. It is not funny that some wiki-enthusiasts decide that BChO is a minor event. You are obviously unaware of the history and traditions of scientific olympiads. Let me explain that there are only four international chemistry olympiads with a significant history: International (since 1968), Mendeleev (since 1992), Ibero-American (since 1996), and Baltic (since 1993). Most importantly, the problems of the Baltic Chemistry Olympiad are in English. Most of them are publicly available, and I am currently working on digitalizing the rest of them. Thus, not only is it a regionally important event, but it is also a significant source of problems for the whole Olympiad community.
I have thoroughly reviewed the deletion policy and believe that the page meets the criteria for inclusion based on the reasons mentioned above. I have also ensured that the content adheres to Wikipedia's standards of verifiability, neutrality, and notability.
I kindly ask for your consideration in reviewing the circumstances of the deletion and considering the new information provided in this request. I am open to feedback and willing to collaborate to address any concerns. For more details, please get in touch with me directly.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

No need to sign when adding WikiProject banners to Talk pages
[edit]Hi BoraVoro. There is no need to sign your edits when adding WikiProject banners to Talk pages, as you did at Talk:Cleo_Joel_Green. While it is appropriate to sign your posts on talk pages, WP:SIGNHERE explicitly says "this does not include adding WikiProject boxes and other such administrative templates." Such banners are commonly edited by many users and are a shared resource, unlike your personal comments, which are attributed to you alone by adding your signature to them. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 10:57, 13 May 2023 (UTC)
- Nice advice, thank you BoraVoro (talk) 08:28, 15 May 2023 (UTC)
Draftifications
[edit]Hello, BoraVoro,
I noticed that some of the articles you move to main space are returned to main space or recreated there. So, you might try refining your standards of what articles are eligible for draftifications. The most eligible articles are recently created article by new or inexperienced editors and have inadequate sourcing or poorly written content. Of course, a different editor might decided to revert your page move but generally that is done by the content creator. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 20:45, 29 May 2023 (UTC)
- Also, please do not draftify an article that has already been moved to Draft space once. An example of this would be Draft:Sky Hawk Times. Rather than moving an article to Draft space a second or third time, either work on improving the article, tag the article indicating any serious problems you see with it or if you believe the article is just unacceptable, pursue one of Wikipedia's deletion processes that is appropriate for the article. But don't draftify it more than once. Always check the page history of an article before deciding what step to pursue next. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 20:59, 29 May 2023 (UTC)
- @Liz If I find the previous draft was not accepted on AfC, and the new article was reuploaded by the other user (or the same) - what is the best way here? BoraVoro (talk) 07:55, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
- regarding this - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jessie_Zhao I Afded it, as there are 0 reliable sources. I think I was right when draftified it. BoraVoro (talk) 07:59, 30 May 2023 (UTC)

- @ScottishFinnishRadish I was only able to secure a portion of the information needed, but I found it wasn't adequately paraphrased. This has also raised concerns (deep in my mind) about potential copyright issues. BoraVoro (talk) 14:46, 1 June 2023 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Government Boys Higher Secondary School Chakghat
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Government Boys Higher Secondary School Chakghat requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. McMatter (talk)/(contrib) 15:04, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
The article Government Boys Higher Secondary School Chakghat has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unsourced article and no indication of signifigance
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. McMatter (talk)/(contrib) 15:34, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
- it was not the article of mine. strange that it appeared here. maybe a script assigned it to me, as I edited if shortly after its creation BoraVoro (talk) 13:06, 7 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on DreamFactory. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. When your speedy deletion nomination is declined, the next step is to discuss it at an appropriate venue, in this case WP:PCM, WP:RM, or WP:RfD. Don't just keep nominating it. – Joe (talk) 12:44, 7 September 2023 (UTC)

Your removal of QuillBot
[edit]Heloo Bora. I think you made a mistake. While I appreciate your one year tenure on wikipedia, you are not supposed to delete but rather help improve pages. Draftification of Draft:Moruf Oseni
[edit]Hi,
Can you explain why you have continuously draftified this article even after being advised by Liz in the past not to perform a draftification on an articles that may have already been in draft atleast once? Jamiebuba (talk) 14:17, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
- FYI, the article was already tagged for UPE, if you didn't feel comfortable with it being in mainspace AFD would have been the next preferable option. Jamiebuba (talk) 14:18, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
- @Jamiebuba I understand your position. You may refer to this essay https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Repeated_draftification, but it is en essay, not a Guideline. BoraVoro (talk) 14:22, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
- Have you carefully read the so called Wikipedia:Repeated draftification which you have referred me to? Do you know that you had moved the article at least 3 times and that taking it to AFD would be a more suitable option that moving it again? In future please refrain from such actions as it is disruptive. Happy Editing Jamiebuba (talk) 14:28, 29 March 2024 (UTC)

Lead clarification for Reyna Tropical
[edit]Hi BoraVoro, you added a clarification tag to the lead of Reyna Tropical, and I just wanted to point out that according to MOS:LEADCITE, citations in the lead are not needed if the information appears, and is referenced, in the body. For Reyna Tropical, their musical influences are covered, with quotes and citations, in the 'Musical style and themes' section. Since you didn't include an edit summary, I was wondering if you could tell me what you feel needs to be clarified? GanzKnusper (talk) 16:03, 23 April 2024 (UTC)

Reliability
[edit]I noticed you put a "No reliable source" template in the article, Unitree Robotics. Basing from the WP:RS/P, South China Morning Post, WSJ, Financial Times, and The Guardian are considered reliable sources (WP:GREL).
Putting a "No reliable source" template for the whole article is very misleading, maybe putting a better tag to represent your concerns would be appropriate?
Edit: I already replaced the "no reliable source" tag to an "unreliable sources" tag. Hopefully this will suffice your concern. AsianStuff03 (talk) 03:00, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
- The coverage in The Guardian is not reliable and deep, but the others are good. You are right. I searched for Unitree Robotics throughout the articles, but the major coverage is just about "Unitree". Thank you! BoraVoro (talk) 07:46, 27 June 2024 (UTC)

I accepted CAFU at WP:AFC before I noticed it arrived there through WP:DRAFTIFY or I would have objected. The article had 21 references at this time but you inidicated it needed more. I found ample reliable reporting on the company in the version I reviewed and it looks like most of that was in place when you draftified. You also felt it was promotional but I find the language to be reasonably neutral. ~Kvng (talk) 20:20, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
