[edit]Hello Bonewah, I have added references to Graham Howe's page in response to your 10 June 2009 addition of notability and unreferencedBLP tags to article. Please kindly review the page and, if you are satisfied with the additional references, remove the tags. Thank you! ArtSoCal (talk) 22:26, 8 December 2009 (UTC)

Henry Kissinger
[edit]Please explain your edit here http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Henry_Kissinger&oldid=318485341 . There certainly isn't any NPOV issues and there's nothing in the guidelines about not having a list of a few quotes in articles. Vexorg (talk) 17:01, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- I agree with Vexorg. I like the inclusion of quotations, and I don't see how showing them expresses a point of view. I'm open to an explanation, however. Lou Sander (talk) 18:24, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
- Your explanation on my talk page changed my mind. It looks like you were just doing it the way it's supposed to be done. Good work. BTW, I "get" your NPOV point, but I thought the quotations just illustrated toughness. Lou Sander (talk) 02:15, 8 October 2009 (UTC)

Hello Bonewan. I've declined the speedy deletion nomination of Rob Lilwall, as I consider the subject to be notable. Check the article again, please, and take it to AfD, if you disagree. Thank you. --Vejvančický (talk) 15:29, 26 October 2009 (UTC)
Hi. I have removed the db tag you put on this article, because A7 doesn't apply here - this article is about a word, not an organisation. There is good advice about speedy tagging from an experienced admin at WP:A7M and WP:10CSD. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 15:30, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

Good call, I've deleted it as G10/hoax as the sources were all fake. Well spotted. ϢereSpielChequers 19:04, 26 October 2009 (UTC)

Mine categories
[edit]Hi Bonewah, can I ask you to stop recategorising articles involving ships and mines for the moment, and drop by a discussion I've opened here? If you are deprecating one category in favour of the other, a merger needs to be discussed at WP:CFD, not by replacing one category with the other until one is empty. Benea (talk) 18:25, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
Quoting Categories in talkpages
[edit]Dear Bonewah
Here's a top tip, which took me years to work out: when describing a category in a talkpage don't write [[Category:whatever]], since it places the talkpage in the category! Instead, write [[:Category:whatever]] (with a colon inserted before the word "Category"). I've made the appropriate changes to Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Ships#Ships_and_mines, which no longer appears in Category:Ships damaged by naval mines or Category:Ships sunk by mines!

Edit-warring
[edit]Please see this report. You seem to be engaged in a back-and-forth "slow" edit-war. Please stop and discuss the issue with other editors. If you're at an impasse, then involve some of the other editors on the talk page - certainly the article is watched by a lot of people who may be able to help generate a consensus one way or the other. If the slow edit-warring continues, then you may be blocked from editing. MastCell Talk 21:09, 3 December 2009 (UTC)

Can you tell me how to enter a translation? We are translating a page into Korean. I had a little experience here a while back but have forgotten how to do anything. I don't even know that I am doing this right. I need to know how to post a page in Korean and referencing the images in the English version. Any help will be severely appreciated. Danke —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stormport (talk • contribs) 07:48, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
Bonewah, Thank you for your response and the formatting tip. I will do as you say and ask someone who does translations... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stormport (talk • contribs) 20:31, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
