Nice user name, even though it's spelled wrong...
Request for mediation not accepted
[edit]If you have questions about this bot, please contact the Mediation Committee directly.
The request was denied because Qqqqqq also requested mediation via the (informal) Mediation Cabal. It appears you have not been notified of that. The case article is here. --Una Smith (talk) 02:22, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
State plate articles
[edit]We got off on the wrong foot before - why don't we start over. We both obviously care about presenting good information on U.S. license plates, so how about we work together to get this information out there in the best way possible? Qqqqqq (talk) 03:28, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
Be polite
[edit]Don't tell me to "sod off" if I merely alert you to the mediation request. There's no need for that. The next time you'll leave messages like that on my page I'll consider it vandalism and act accordingly. Shall we leave it at that? Channel ® 13:19, 8 April 2008 (UTC)
FYI: This page has been nominated for deletion. I voted to keep the article, but others have voted for its deletion. If you do decide to vote on the issue at the link above, please be civil toward those who have proposed deletion, although I feel that they have done so very prematurely. List of UK railfan jargon
[edit]Prod has been removed as article has already been through two AFDs and consensus was reached both times to keep it. Mjroots (talk) 18:09, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
Personal attacks and incivil language in Prod notices
[edit]Bolly Nickers, leaving aside the merit of the proposed deletion of the list of US and UK railfan jargon articles, there is absolutely no need for the personal attacks and disparaging language you used in your deletion notices. Please interact with other editors in a respectful and civilized manner, rather than descending to playground taunts and swearing. Thanks, Gwernol 20:00, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
April 2008
[edit]Please do not attack other editors, which you did here: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of UK railfan jargon (3rd nomination). If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Gwernol 20:05, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
- Please do not canvas for votes on AfD discussions as you did here. Attempting to vote stack these debates is extremely inappropriate. If you continue to do this, you may be blocked from editing. Thanks, Gwernol 20:35, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
- Also, I strongly urge you to stop doing this kind of action. Asking for another editor's support because you supported him before doesn't work in Wikipedia. OhanaUnitedTalk page 02:22, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
Sockpuppetry case
[edit]You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Bolly Nickers for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Gwernol 20:26, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Vehicle registration plates of Rhode Island
[edit]The article Vehicle registration plates of Rhode Island has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Not really notable. Even if it is, I don't feel this is really needed
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. USA 17:48, 5 August 2016 (UTC)
