The article Border pairs method has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Uncited according to Google Scholar - WP:Notability? Sorry, feel free to re-add when the research has been adopted by the scientific community. --188.104.124.58 (talk) 21:22, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 188.104.124.58 (talk) 21:25, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
- Please understand that this is not a critique of your algorithm. It is just the observation that it probably is not established enough (yet) to warrant a Wikipedia article. It should be supported by other reseach building upon it or e.g. books containing it to assert that it is sound. See WP:Notability for a discussion of the requirements and Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources, in particular Usage by other sources. --188.104.124.58 (talk) 21:33, 27 October 2011 (UTC)
