AIV and Flysomething Capital Partners
[edit]Hi - I'll leave your AIV reports up for a bit as there are other admins who patrol AIV that should probably have a look, but regardless I suggest you nominate all the BLPs for AFD in one nomination. You could do them individually but one nom is easier since they're related. They don't pass GNG imo, and I think this is the way to go rather than blocking. You could also start an SPI with the two named accounts, but I'd hold on that until the AFD is complete to see if they try to recreate the pages. Of course, it's entirely up to you. :-) Katietalk 16:50, 19 May 2016 (UTC)
I don't understand why information on well-known investors is "promotional"
[edit]I am a business student and I study investing/startups. I created a page for 2 of the most well-known investors in Boston and NYC. Not to promote them, to share who they are and what they have done that has contributed to technology today. Why did you delete them? What is the purpose of that? Now people who search these individuals every day to read about their experience and learn from their careers are left without proper biographies. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DavidLorentz (talk • contribs) 16:47, 19 May 2016 (UTC)
- @DavidLorentz: - David, I hope you'll understand that it seems to me a heck of a coincidence that all your edits are on the topic of this Flybridge company. And that you carried off exactly where NickShanman left off yesterday. And that, like Mr. Shanman, you uploaded two corporate headshots as your "own work". I did recommend that you disclose any connections to this company or other accounts for editing Wikipedia before you made any more of a fool of yourself. I think some truthfulness is in order. [edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Political colour may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
- List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

- [[Red states and blue states]]. The use is probably entrenched, as many political organisations (for example the website [[RedState]] now use the term.
