This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

No Grammy, no chart, no gold record = no notability. The few Montenegrin sources aren't enough for general notability. Also, this reads like a fan wrote it.

Hi - Unfortunately only one of the sources cited [1] contributes to our WP:GNG guidelines. We would need many more articles like this to have the subject qualify for an encyclopedia article.

I'd also take a look at WP:NMUSIC for how musicians can qualify for encyclopedia articles on Wikipedia.

It appears to be WP:TOOSOON for Nemanja Bogićević to have their own Wikipedia article.

I hope you will consider improving existing Wikipedia content about other subjects of interest!
