If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dataplugs, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. clpo13(talk) 01:28, 20 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Block message:

Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Sam.mang.gmail". The reason given for Sam.mang.gmail's block is: "Abusing multiple accounts: Sam.mang.gmail ".

Decline reason: Autoblock is working as designed. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:42, 20 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

*It looks like Sam.mang.gmail was blocked as one of your sockpuppets. That the two of you edited the same article and the names are very similar lends credence to this. Before you are unblocked, can you explain why you were editing with two accounts? Also, the content added was quite promotional so I would like to know if you have a conflict of interest with this company. If you are unblocked, how will you edit? Please answer Tokyogirl's questions. JohnCD (talk) 09:02, 29 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There is no point placing more "helpme" notices until you answer these questions. JohnCD (talk) 09:40, 29 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Advice

[edit]

If you are employed by or connected with Dataplugs, read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and the Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide. In that case, you should not edit directly about them but may submit a draft; and you must declare your interest.

Wikipedia is not a business listing directory. The test for inclusion is called Wikipedia:Notability and looks for references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." See also WP:Notability (summary).

If you don't want an article deleted as an advertisement, don't use "peacock terms" like "leading", and don't make claims like "highest level of capacity in the region" unless you can cite a reliable independent source.

Read WP:Your first article and WP:Writing better articles for advice.

On talk pages (but not in articles) its helps to know who said what when if you sign your comments by ending them with a group of four "tilde" characters ~~~~, which the system will turn into a "signature" of your username and the time and date, like this: JohnCD (talk) 12:03, 29 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
